No neck cushion given. And quality of it seems very low standard.
I didn't recieve the neck cushion as shown in the picture. My friend has ordered a similar type and got a neck cushion. But I am not Satisfied with the quality of this chair. I would like a refund. I hope customer care will getbin contact with me.

Decent Product but Overpriced
The product works as expected and does the basic job, but honestly, it's nothing exceptional. Build quality is average, and features are quite standard compared to other similar items in the market. For the price being charged, I expected better performance and durability. There are cheaper alternatives available that offer the same (or even better) quality. So unless you really need this particular brand or model, you might want to look around before buying. It's not badโbut not worth the premium price.

After 2 Years of use
It was very comfortable and easy to use. I would say it was a valuable product to me. Finally after 2 years of use it finnally broke today. I would buy another one.
