Worst product in this category
This is a useless product. You can't lock the chair in any position. Therefore, when you sit back, due weight of your body the chair's back rest goes further down. Thus you will not be in reclining position, but in almost flat lying position. No proper support /answer available for the issue Do not buy this product

It was very comfortable and easy to use. I would say it was a valuable product to me. Finally after 2 years of use it finnally broke today. I would buy another one.
