Reliable Replacement Film for ELEGOO Saturn 2 & Saturn 3 3D Printers
The ELEGOO 5PCS PFA Release Liner Film for Saturn 2 & Saturn 3 LCD 3D Printer is a reliable replacement film that has maintained the quality and performance of my printing process. With a thickness of 0.127mm and stronger release functionality, this film ensures consistent and smooth printing experiences. It effectively prevents prints from sticking to the build plate, reducing the likelihood of failed prints and saving time on cleanup. The film's 95% light transmittance is another commendable feature, allowing for accurate resin curing and producing high-quality, detailed prints with excellent layer adhesion. While it's labeled as a replacement rather than an upgrade, the compatibility with Saturn 8K adds versatility and convenience for users across different ELEGOO printer models. Installation is straightforward, and the pack of 5 provides a cost-effective solution with ample supply for ongoing projects. Overall, the ELEGOO 5PCS PFA Release Liner Film is a must-have for Saturn 2 and Saturn 3 users, offering reliable performance and earning a solid five-star rating.

Plastic scraper good🤦
The release film worked flawlessly, but the operator did not🤦 Make sure the film is even when you put the first layer of screws in, and after you tighten the 2nd layer screws, the film will be taut and good! When you get a chunk of resin stuck on it, use a plastic scraper, or you will be replacing your film again. Seems obvious in hindsight, but the nicely sharpened metal scraper is quite effective in cutting the film. You'd THINK that it'd be even more obvious after you cut the stock film, but that would be incorrect. Sigh. I've made 20 prints with this (the 3rd) film with no tearing

Works Well, But Needs Frequent Replacing
I find the replacement films for the Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra vat to be good overall, but I've noticed they don't last as long as I'd hoped. After about 20 to 30 prints, the film starts to tear and needs replacing. It's still a decent product, just something to keep in mind regarding durability

good PFA, good packaging.
**edit** This was user error. I'm updating to 5 stars. I was overexposing by ~1.5 seconds and causing excessive adhesion to the PFA. I was using a bad calibration model for the particular resin I was using. These sheets perform as they should and they do have the best packaging of any brand of release film I've ever used. Keeps them flat, clean and protected while in storage. I have gone through 5 sheets from two orders in the last week. I am getting insanely high peel force with loud pops and printer jumping on each layer, even when curing only 1sqcm region. Saturn 4 16k, used an 80mmx80mmx8mm spacer when changing out the sheet each time. Did this product recently change? Did I just get a bad batch? These sheets have worked fine for me in the past. Pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the issue is. Curing at 4.5seconds per layer, resin is heated to 30c, I ran calibration tests, 3.5 seconds was definitely underexposed, so there's no way I'm massively overexposing, and again, very loud pops with even with very small cure area.
