Wrong dimensions
In the set of photos given the dimensions for this pitcher are given but are actually for the pitcher that is the next size up. It gives the capacity in cups as well so I should have measured that instead but I measured my broken pitcher that this one was to replace and it was the same.

Filter stopped filtering after 10-15 uses
Water is barely dripping through the filter after 10-15 uses. Have followed all the steps suggested in the FAQ of the manufacturer to no avail. Waste of money.

A 'must have' for your kitchen.
My fridge doesn't have a filter system, and the tap water in my area isn't safe to drink, nor does it taste good. I am so glad I ordered this pitcher to filter my water. It holds a good amount and fills up quickly. It's easy to use and has a button you can press to 'reset' the pitcher each time you replace a filter, reminding you when you need to replace it again. Fits well in my fridge on the door. Well worth the money, and my water tastes so good!
