This toaster is really awesome and works great. I like the different setting options to toast bread or bagels. It is easy to use and very easy to clean. I like the color as well. It hasn’t malfunctioned and fits with my other stainless steel appliances.

This toaster makes breakfast fun. It has many options to make a variety of toast and gives full control of how the final toast will come out. No more burning toast anymore. It looks very high tech and everyone is impressed with the control touch settings.

overall it works well but one side is always darker than the other. It seems as if one side does not toast well at all.

This toaster gets extremely hot, and it burned my food. It has started to malfunction, and I can no longer use it. It was a complete waste of money, and I am disappointed that it stopped working. I am concerned about the surface of the toaster getting too hot. I have unplugged it, and stopped using it due to it overheating. I would like a refund if it's possible because I can't use the product anymore.

It looks nice and the controls are very responsive. For some reason I thought it would have a clock that was always on but it doesn't. That's not their fault. The reason that I gave it 3 stars is that it doesn't toast evenly and it takes twice as long as the presets say. You have to turn your bread upside down after one cycle for more even toasting just like my toaster I had when I was 6 years old. I thought that might've been fixed as 40 years of toasting technology have passed.
