Each pendant necklace is handmade using heat-kilned borosilicate glass and dichroic glass for sparkle effect. Pendant is examined using very strict quality standards. Dichoic composes the belly of the pendant - this is a glass invented by NASA for space shuttle windshields that stands up to high heat - only one factory in the world makes dichro. Extremities of the pendant are made from high grade colored glass from Oregon, USA. Much attention to detail is given - the eyeball is a millefiori - this means 'thousand flowers' in Italian and is a glass blowing technique where a large piece of glass is stretched long and thin then can be cut into many duplicate 'mille's.
