DG-HOSA External Wired Alert Siren

It makes a lot of noise for a small speaker... not enough for your neighbors to hear but enough to annoy the intruder until they realize that its plugged right into the side of the unit on the outside where they will unplug it like the rest of the unit and smash it on the ground before the system has dialed out... IF the system doesnt just make blaring noises when crashing all the time. Since it is made by and intended to connect to the biggest piece of garbage I have ever encountered in years of electronic security work... I would say go ahead and find something else unless you want a doorbell chime

It is not as loud as the pro grade external alarm sirens are, but is louder than the siren built into the alarm panel. Would be unlikely to be heard by anyone outside of your building. For such a really great alarm system with so many wonderful features I really wish this company would come up with a more robust exterior siren.

At first it worked well, but slowly it started to be less and loud. Now it barely works... the sticky adhesive that it came with didn't hold it well either

Using this with the Digoo DG-hosa. The alarm host has its own audible sleet but hardly loud enough to alert the neighbors or scare of any unnamed guest. This siren on the other hand scares the sh*t out of me everytime it goes off, lol...
