Effective, useful to have in the cupboard as you never know when you’ll need them. The citrus flavour is a nice change from the blackcurrant

These are very hard to find in the supermarket now! Since being unwell these have helped me keep my energy levels up and dissolves easily in water. The taste is okay and not too bitter. They are definitely effective if you don't feel well to give you a boost

I suffer from a chronic illness called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS) and was recommended Dioralyte to take away on holiday to Spain. The sachets are small enough to fit in a hand bag which is great for being out and about. After one of two tries, I found that I could better drink the mixture after I had left it in the fridge for a little to chill the water right down. The flavour isn't great but when it is chilled I found it easier to drink it in one go. Definitely helped me keep my salt and water levels up in the heat. I still use it now back home on days I'm feeling particularly unwell.

Very easy to use

I have been using these sachets for over a year. Although it is difficult to know whether my decision to drink more “water” or the sachets contents of appropriate salts are the benefit, I feel being more hydrated than was previously the case has been beneficial. Based on the premise that, if I feel thirsty I am already dehydrated, I drink larger quantities of liquid than was previously the case and feel a genuine benefit. Having had a successful prostatectomy with some of the attendant “issues”, I used to monitor my intake carefully. Now, I drink what I know my system needs to feel hydrated.

So, I'm in my mid-20's and its safe to say that I'm already finding hangovers more unbearable than I did when partying hard at 18 yo. I'm more frequently finding myself spending an entire day in bed sleeping and feeling sorry for myself and so, I decided to explore the internet for a non expensive solution that may actually work. During this research all signs pointed to Dyoralite (and some fancy looking drink that was in America and heavily endorsed by American celebrities) but that stuff was rediculously expensive even before import fees! I went to a Eurovision 2021 Party, broken my own rules of mixing drinks. Party'd hard amd felt awful when I woke up. But, 40 minutes after drinking some Dyoralite and I felt 100 times better! I'm told having a glass before bed is the trick to a very successful hangover free experience but, I've got to say, although it's not designed for hangovers it is certainly an essential hangover cure that everyone needs to know about! The citrus flavour is pretty gross but, it's one of those things where you just drink quickly to get it over with.

Wife says: This is one of the best re-hydration salt's I've used. It dissolves completely and, while it doesn't taste great, the taste isn't too bad. I like packets better than pre-mixed re-hydration beverages as there is less sugar and glucose. Additionally, its convenient to keep a few packets in your backpack or travel bag to combat fatigue when hiking or walking long distances in the heat. One packet in a standard water bottle does the trick. I've used these for colds, flues, hangovers, and hot weather re-hydration and they always make me feel better quickly.
