I bought these and begun taking them for the benefit of my hair following a transplant. They were the exact brand and strength recommended by the surgery.My transplant area has exceeded normal standards although I've no idea whether the Biotin capsules helped.What I did notice after taking them for a month is that my fingernails and toenails grew quicker and needed more regular clipping!

I don't feel like there is any one thing that can help with hair growth, thickness and strength--and this is no exception. It made my hair thicker, but no change in growth-but my skins and nails are definitely improved! I will keep taking it.
