Hi, I changed jobs last year and in my new job, I spend much more time at a computer/ laptop. I noticed my posture was changing and my shoulders were rounding forward. I bought the posture corrector to rectify this before it became too bad. Very comfortable to wear, does what it says on the tin, helps to retrain your muscles to improve posture.

I spent quite a long time deciding which posture brace I wanted to buy by scrolling through the reviews of various products. Having decided that this product seemed to have the most convincing reviews for the price, I decided to purchase this item.My product arrived swiftly and was in a small but sturdy A5-sized ziplock bag. It contained a small leaflet with the instructions.At first, it was quite difficult to adjust the straps so had to ask another person to adjust it. Whilst this seemed to be a concern at first, it didn't seem to bother me because I no longer had to adjust it when taking it off and putting it back on.I was surprised by the sturdiness of the product which held my shoulders back. Additionally, the uncomfortable nature of the product some reviewers were alluding to was not an issue I dealt with. If anything, keeping the brace on felt totally natural and my back muscles were strangely relaxed.All in all, bar the faffle that I had initially with finding the correct strap size, I would definitely recommend this brace to anyone who seems to have issues with rounded shoulders. It can be worn whilst working at a desk all the way to during your workouts.

Took a bit getting used to as it bites into my under arms. Given it is adjustable, if I need to maintain the correct posture, it bites into my underarms, if I re-adjust I loose out on the benefit.Good bits: I must say I don't feel any back pain after sitting on my desk for long. This is adjustable and seems to make me conscious about slouching but it does not seem to stop me from slouching if that makes any sense. Time will tell if it does the job... Because I have maintained the wrong posture in quite a bit

I have been wearing it a few days now and I do feel a bit different for wearing it. I sit at a desk a lot and wanted it to try and correct my posture when doing so, as well as driving. so far so good.The only down side is and issue it have, it can be difficult to get on, you have to be a bit of a contortionist to get it on properly or be willing to ask for help.I have recommended it to a few people though and will persevere with it.

I have problem with my posture for many years. That lead to neck pain, back pain etc. I just use adjustable posture corrector for few days and I must admit I feel already much better. Very easy to put on and is very comfortable. very pleased with products and customer service. I think doctors should suggest this product to patients who have problem with posture. Much better than physio. Definitely will recommend company and product. Thank you

The product is good - does the job well, is reasonably comfortable, easy to put on once you've got the hang of it, and very unobtrusive when worn under clothes. But I didn't get the free ebook that's supposed to be included, despite sending two messages to the seller asking for it (no response to either). I've looked all over the included paperwork and cannot find a link to the ebook anywhere. So I knocked a star off because part of the product as described is missing.

Happy with the degree of comfort from corrector, most of the time I forget I've got it on, as long as the right posture held. I wear it about 5 hrs a day and it does help keep the right posture afterwards. I'm 68 and husband kept saying "your back isn't as straight as it used to be when you walk!" Make me feel good about walking straight again.. I wear something thin under. It is a corrector, so some might find it more challenging. Book is very informative too.

I bought this product as i have a left shoulder that has a lot of crepitus when it moves and so i thought i'd do something about it. After several months of owning this corrector i still have some crepitus in my left shoulder but far less that originally. I would say that this item is best used if you also do some strengthening exercises to improve the muscles of the back but overall i am very pleased and have already recommended it to others.
