I purchased this tree to replace another, smaller one meant for tiny photos. I wanted it to better display some mostly non-Christmasy ornaments that I keep out year 'round. When I received it, I was a bit worried I'd ordered the wrong thing, as the box wasn't anywhere near 24" long. Upon opening it, the smaller-than-expected box made sense: assembly required. There were no instructions for the assembly, and so there was some trial-and-error action, at first. Inserting the branches onto the trunk was best achieved by screwing them on as though they had the ridges for that. (They don't.) When attaching the upper branches, I discovered it was best to turn each sideways to make it easier to attach all the upper branches. Also, intuition told me to start from the top of the tree trunk, and I'm glad I did as it was easier to stabilize the trunk while inserting the branches. Those are my three main tips for assembly: 1) Start from the top of the trunk 2) Make as though you're screwing the branches into place 3) Turn the upper branches sideways so they're narrower to have more space for attaching all of them before making them more individualized and aesthetically pleasing. The end result is lovely, and the base takes up less space than the one this replaced, which is a bonus. I'm very pleased.

I gave the 30", white, Ornament Display Tree to my wife as an early Christmas gift and she loved it for displaying her cross-stitched Christmas ornaments. After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about the quality of the product but to me, the molded plastic looks fine. There are no rough edges and it's a semi-flexible plastic not like the type used for plastic models. Some of the limbs are a bit difficult to insert but I'm sure if I used a bit of vaseline on the tip, they would slide in easier. Overall, the assembled stand looks great.

This Easter tree is one of the most beautiful I've seen. It went together very easy, is extremely sturdy and looks lovely with all the decorations hanging.

This tree is pretty and sturdy. However, it was not usable until I used a dremel tool to remove the sharp mold seams and sanded down the ends. The branches simply didn’t fit until the ends that are to be inserted into the base were sanded down. The sharp mold seams cut into my hand and made using the necessary pressure to insert the branches (even after sanding) impossible. So, after a bit of work, I’m very happy with the tree. I am very happy with my tree. It is a good size and extremely strong. My hobby is handmade Christmas ornaments and they look beautiful displayed on the tree. AND each branch, even the very small ones, are strong enough to support an ornament. Buy it! You won't be sorry. Plus it arrived a day early.

The white looks cheaply made. Definitely not sturdy enough for outdoor weddings.

Purchased white 30" tree - Earlier this week I was in a gift store and saw this tree used as a display for Halloween ornaments. I was so excited to find what appears to be the exact same thing on Amazon. Arrived today and it is awesome - study, easy to assemble, and just what I was looking for. Please note that I did not have any issues getting the branches to twist into holes as with some other trees I read about.

My initial reaction when unpacking was that it may be too delicate. I was wrong the trunk is nicely weighted. I did remove a bit of molding flash on a couple of the branches. Overall I am very pleased and it will be perfect for displaying my small ornaments.
