INNOPURE Vitamin B Complex Tablets, 120 Tablets

I purchased these as I have a very low folate (folic acid) and also a very low vitamin D. My GP prescribed me vitamin D and calcium tablets. I purchased the vitam b comple off Innopure and I feel so better I can not begin to say. I have more energy so wanting to stop sleeping of a day. Skin, hair and nails are all growing and I am not feeling any PMT. I am so much happier and my family are also so much happier (ha ha) with me. Hair is growing back in not to what it was but it I am no longer seeing my scalp so it is a start. Could go on about these but all I can say is that I love how these make me feel. Very small tablet so easy to swallow. Only been taking these a few days and have definitely noticed a difference. Restless leg syndrome has completely disappeared, so have other minor aches and pains. Will definitely continue with them. UPDATE: been taking these now a few months along with K2, D3 and a probiotic capsule. Am feeling amazing with really high energy levels. Better thanI did in my 20’s. These tablets came well packaged and the seal on them was firm. The slight hint of aroma you get with the usual vitamin B complex tablets is certainly not noticeable with these tablets. They are easy to swallow and leave no after-taste.I've only started taking them for a few days so can't comment on the effectiveness, however for this price you'd be hard pressed to find a product as good value for money as this. Will be buying more next time.I've been taking these tablets for almost 4 months now and they have not had any aroma. I was looking for a B vitamin complex that gave me 100% of the RDA as most offer several times that and leave me with a nauseous feeling for a few hours after taking them. I bought two bottles of Vitamin B Complex as I believe I wasn't getting enough of the B Vits in my diet. I chose Innopure as it contains 100% RDA for all the B Vitamins. As I live in the UK, I was pleased that the product was manufactured in the UK.I have been on the vitamins for a good few weeks now and have noticed I am feeling better and I am not so negative as I used to be and my moods have lightened up.Another big plus for me is the size of the pill. I have trouble taking pills and this is the perfect size. A small brown pill that goes down easily. Many vitamin pills on the market are huge but these are brilliant.

These are the only b complex I have been able to tolerate. I have problems with coatings, colourings and fillers on almost all vits and meds.its hard work. This is my 2nd pack of these.ive had no problem with them at all.easy packaging no problem to swallow, no smelly wee , you should see how my hair and nails have grown.honestly, I'm delighted with these as I have pernicious anaemia, but I am feeling so much better.
