Does what is expected and delivers muscle growth irrespective of how I fit this into my diet. I've previously rigidly stuck to specific times of day with other shakes but the split proteins in this are allowing me to take this all over the place which is great as I often train very late in the evening and I'm still seeing the benefit even when taking this just before heading to bed. In terms of the report's from others about this not mixing well, that I really don't understand. I've mixed this with both milk and water and after 5 x 1.8kg tubs I can honestly say I've never had a mix with lumps in. I guess others are simply not shaking enough. In terms of taste, if you want something that tastes as good as a McDonald's milkshake, go and buy a McDonald's milkshake. This is a protein shake first and foremost, with a flavouring. It tastes perfectly adequate in all 3 flavours. I've tried several different protein shakes and this is one I'll be sticking with going forward.

So I've been on this stuff for a while now and have only experienced good results. Excellent lean results. I find that I do use a more BCAA based powder when I am working out, however as a lean protein this is an excellent daily shake that helps support my lean muscle mass. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking to gain muscle but also remain as lean as possible. The flavour is very good, although I always find myself sticking to chocolate as a safe bet. The consistency is very good when shook for around 60 seconds. Enjoy

This is my favourite shake. I used in the night time before bed and i was feels my self full but on a good way. Taste awsome, not the fake vanilia one is the nices one. Easy to shake, and drink. I deff buy more when they drop the price because is a bit expensive

So did my research. Like read review of hundreds of powders. Tried 10 of those. Found this the best. Taste awesome. So yummy i look forward to have it. Sometimes i have half portions so i can have it 4 times a day. Second. It works. I tried the gold standard. This one had better results. Mixes easily. No bloating. Only issue, 24g protein for 35 gram portion. Why not make it 30g per 35g. Keep the fibre as thats good and rest carb/fat. Rest. Great product. Value formoney

Taste, mixes well with just water and importantly no issues with frantic toilet breaks. I have used many cheaper powders and they have all turned my colon into a slip n' slide. No issues with this brand. Bakes well too

Mixes well with yogurt, tastes great. Wish it would come back in to stock

Definitely the best protein. I usually get cookie one but had to pick alternative so strawberry it was and it all so amazing flavour as well so I've changed my subscription to this one. Easily the best Grenade products

Tastes nice but too little protein, good for helping get really toned but that's about it.
