Saga Book Two

The book is really great and the quality of the printing of this volume is good too.

It is a thing of rare beauty and yet astonishingly good value for money. This is a sumptuous, decadent treasure. Effortlessly funny, sexy and shocking book two will keep you turning pages and trying to work out how long you have until you catch up with the current volumes. Don't Panic! With book one and two you have hours of reading and several more hours of re-reading. I have never enjoyed a comic book more than I enjoyed this one. I love the often shocking opening full page picture at the beginning of each new chapter. Hilarious when reading it on the tube on my tablet.

Masterpiece - so good in every way. I own a digital version but had to get this beautiful hardcover edition too to become an integral part of my home

A few years ago (2014) I bought myself the first part, am so pleased they have printed a second should only be another 4 years till the next one I guess.

This is the second book so if you are thinking of picking this up, I am sure you are already familiar with this comic series, but I absolutely love it! It is deeply human for a story revolving around a bunch of alien species. The characters are very relatable, the designs are beautiful and each chapter will leave you wondering what's coming next. This series is an absolute must-read!

A bit disappointed this volume does not have sewn binding (Book One did!). I would have expected that for this price point.

I'll admit I have yet to read through this behemoth of an epic, but I believe it simply has to be said that this series is by far one of the most amazing things I have ever read. I had put off reading it for years before I decided to finally listen to all the hype and give it a try. I was in no shape or form disappointed by any part of this series. The story, the characters, the illustrations, the dialogue. All top notch. I am still dumbfounded as to how relatable the dialogue was between the two main characters and the raising of their child (I recall my wife and I had almost the same conversations word by word). I've never loved something so much that I had to fight to put down, yet also terrified to pick back up in fear of the fate of its wide cast of amazing characters.
