I'm one of those people who gets sick no matter how hard they try. I eat healthy, I exercise, and I wash my hands. I'll catch the same cold as everyone else, but for me it will last twice as long or develop into something else. I always get sick at the most inconvenient times. The taste and smell is genuinely almost impossible to notice unless you have a sixth sense. Allicin doesn't make your skin stink like garlic does, and if anything, it actually clears up spots (for me at least). They also lower your blood pressure somewhat, which is great for cardio and general well-being. These are hands down the best supplement you can get, forget buying the snake oil off the high-street because these will do the job.

I have only had these for 4 days and the reson for buying them was because I get numb hands which tingle so after reading up about the health benefits of Garlic and the important of the main component ( Allicin ) I purchased these because they have a good level of this active ingredient.I can already feel a slight improvement in my circulation only after 4 days, I am taking at present 2 each day just after a meal and I haven't had no taste or them repeating on me.The capsules are quite small and are very easily taken and if they are going to improve my circulation I don't mind paying the extra price for these, they are a good brand, made in the UK and they are the only supplement to provide the body directly with real Allicin which is extracted from real fresh garlic .If you are considering buying garlic capsules then I highly recommend that you consider these, there is apparently health benefits from just taking 1 capsule daily but to start off with I'm taking 2 which I might reduce down to 1 a day.

I had a raging tooth abcess which I struggled to get rid of with a course of antibiotics. I was wary of going to the dentist because my dentist would probably have just removed the tooth. I bought these and took them as directed. It took a while but gradually the infection diminished then disappeared.I can't honestly say that this was the result of these tablets, as my body was also involved in fighting the infection, but there is good evidence that this compound from garlic works against infection so they may well have made the difference.There is definitely a garlic taste though. Not a problem if you like garlic!

I feel this is the best on the market - for dosage and size. Yes there is a slight smell if you sniff it, but its a tiny capsule so easy to take. Great for digestion, gut health and anti viral. Great value pack

I always have a spare box of these in so I never run out, I have problems with my immune system & these do help me get from being constantly drained, recommend them

Find this product hits the spot when i need immune support, will buy again. Only very faint taste if swallow quickly,
