Metal Day Bed with Pull Out Trundle White Single Guest Frame Wooden Slats

I am super impressed with this bed. It was ordered for my child to have friends on sleepovers and certainly solves that problem. I was impressed from the accurate product description and speed and ease of delivery. The bed was delivered in about 3-4 individual boxes making it easy to carry up the 3 flights of stairs in my town house on my own. The item was packaged very well leaving no damage from dispatch and delivery. The instructions looked a bit daunting at first, but everything down to the last nail & bolt was labelled clearly, and I also found it very useful to have the allen key included in the kit aswell. It was very straightforward to assemble this bed and trundle, so much so my 13 year old step son was kept quiet and busy for about 2 hours building this bed on his own! It would have been quicker for an adult to do it, but it proved to me at how easy and straightforward it is to construct this item. The bed and trundle make a lovely addition to a bedroom and the difference it has made at having an extra bed available just by sliding the trundle out is well worth the price i paid. I was a bit dubious about how reasonable the price of the bed and trundle was and thought the quality of this item may of been compromised, but this was definately NOT the case. It is a sturdy well made item and doesn't look cheap. In fact it bears an uncanny resemblence of more expensive day beds i had been looking for online. All in all, if you want good value for money, very fast delivery and a bed that will look good in any bedroom, then order this item....you won't be dissappointed!!

I love this bed. I did my research and decided to purchase this bed for my spare room. This was the one with the best reviews and best price. It arrived in 4 boxes, all of which I was able to carry up three flights of stairs on my own. Took me and my boyfriend about an hour to put together and the bed is lovely. Solid, well made and easy to put together. The boxes smelt slightly as mentioned in other reviews but to me it was just a smell of boxes that had been in storage, nothing sinister and I don't think that matters as you get rid of the boxes anyway?! I have also seen people mention the finish of the paint, mine is fine and perfectly adequate for the price paid. Overall I think this bed is excellent value for money and very much worth buying if you have a small space but would like the flexibility of two beds. My daughter absolutely loves it and calls it her princess bed so it gets a big thumbs up from me.

I can’t give 5 star but it is solid 4. Of course you get what you pay for. Small imperfections, some tiny chips that you can’t even see. Welding could be better. It was really easy to assemble. I did both the bed and trundle in 2 hours. With only tools provided in the box. I will have to use it for another few month to see how long it will last. Overall, for the price it’s a very good product.

It was really easy to assemble. It took about 30 minutes. You really need two people though, at least I did. One to hold the nuts with the pliers and the other to tighten them. Once assembled it looks beautiful. Contact with the seller also proved to be good. I was curious about the size of the mattress you could have when on top of the trundle but under the bed. He advised six and a half inches but I managed to get away with 8 inches. Its very sturdy and my son loves it. He's a 16 year old and nearly 6ft but he says he has bags of room. The only problem is the trundle. It moves when using it to make a double bed. I read the Q & A part before I bought it and noticed quite a few said you don't get that problem if you turn it around. I don't know if thats true or not but it's not something I can do as the bedroom is too small to turn the trundle around for sleeping. Lack of space was one of the reasons I bought it for. A single day bed during the day which can turn into a double at night. It means my floor can be hoovered which is always a good thing.

There are a few different models of this type of bed available and having reviewed them all, I decided that this had more good write-ups than any other. I'm so pleased I took the time, as this bed is really lovely. It is just off-white in colour and has a beautiful glossy finish. All pieces were included (none missing) and there was no damage whatsoever on any part. It is extremely easy to put together and when made, is very sturdy. I Intend to buy my own mattresses so haven't slept on it, but I foresee no problems. The company delivered it quickly and at such a good price, I am more than happy. Other reviewers have mentioned the smell of the cardboard boxes and I can confirm that they do smell quite strong, but it is only the transport medium and therefore the product should not be knocked just because of this.

I am not really an expert on bed frames but I can tell this bed frame is one sturdy piece of furniture! It took 2-3 days for delivery and all came in 2-3 large boxes. Everything was well protected and instructions were quite clear. All tools and needed accesories were included in a sealed bag. Now, it does require some time to mount up to be honest, I do recommend to trick your partner to have her/him mount this up with you. It is much more fun to do it with somebody else. All pieces are very well finished, and I did not find any scratches whatsoever. We did receive several compliments for the daybed and to be honest, I can see why, it does look fantastic! I have not found any bed frames for this price. Overall quality is superb. I can recommend this item.

Arrived in good time and was easy to assemble. For the price it's good and was only bought as an occasional bed, so nobody has slept on it yet to give it a proper test. It's cheap and functional, that's all that mattered to me.

It's a great daybed and a good solution for guests either as a double or two singles. I spent more on mattresses than they/amazon suggested and I now have a really comfortable bed and stylish shabby chic looking sofa for my home office. The only downside is the paint work is not perfect. There is one part on the trundle that's not sprayed correctly and a couple of scratches.
