If you are of perimenopausal / menopausal age and suffer with dryness or itchiness and burning due to dryness, then this stuff is perfect for you. It works. You don’t need to use much each time, so the tube lasts a long time.I tried many different products and home remedies to try to beat this issue and nothing worked anywhere near as good as this stuff.I wish someone had told me about this ages ago, it would have saved a lot of money, uncomfortable times and misery.Do I recommend this product 100% yes!!!! I also think they should advertise it more. I have only seen one or two adverts for this and glad I was paying attention. It was yet another product I bought to fight the symptoms and I will not be buying anything else. I hope they never stop making it.

This has been helping me with my vaginal dryness, which is why I subscribed to it for a long time. However, recently, the item they have been sending me is out of date. What happened?

I'm not quite sure what they mean by 'sheerness' so that is why I gave that section an average marking. Being honest, as a long term sufferer of vaginal atrophy, this product has made so much difference to my life in helping with this miserable condition. I wish I had known and been more prepared for this condition but many women like myself seem to be quite ignorant about this condition till they hit menopause and then have it. I'm sorry to say my own GP was not helpful and it wasn't until I had to go to hospital for something else that I even knew I had this and received appropriate treatment. I then researched different creams until I found this one and I have stuck with this one. I am grateful to be able to buy it on Amazon at such a good price. Perhaps it won't suit everyone, but I think this is an excellent product.
