Absolutely LOVE this brand of protein bars and believe me I have tried a lot of different brands but these are my go too for that treat when your watching what you eat. Each bar literally tastes like what it's called and there is none of that disgusting rubbery like texture to them (if you know you know 😂) very pleased I will be buying a lot of the flavours 👌🏽

Love these bars- far and away the best protein bars I've ever eaten. They are higher in carbs than some, which probably accounts for why they taste better, but it's not high enough to be a real concern- If I eat one of these in the afternoon about 3pm post work out it fills me up nicely till dinner. I've tried a lot of the flavours but the chocolate chip cookie dough is far and away my favourite- it has cocoa nibs and a nice assortment of textures that you don't get in a lot of protein bars, but all of the ones I've tried have been really good. Right now I have three types on the go so I can switch it up and not get sick of any one taste (I've gone for the Choc chip cookie dough, caramel chaos and White chocolate cookie, all of which are tasty) If you're unsure you can get these in Sainsburys to try a few flavours and see which you like best, but they're £2-£2.50 EACH in shops so this is far and away the best way of buying these bars that I've found, especially if they're something you'll be eating more often than once a month. The choc chip cookie dough is really elevated by eating it with a cup of coffee, makes it taste like a much more decadent treat. Just remember that these are still pretty high in carbs and don't treat them as a free food, but as a treat they're great and definitely the best I've tried. The texture is great, nicely chewy and soft like nougat not overly gritty or TOO Chewy.

In shops and elsewhere these would be about 2-3 quid for one, so when these are on offer it's good value, macros also work out well 211 cal for 22g protein (1:10 g protein to cal is a good ratio to aim for) especially for less than. £2 each. Good on the go, expiry is start of 2025 so last a while. Don't have an overly whey-like taste which many can. They can take a bit of chewing though. They are also tested for banned substances so okay even if you're competing.

Great for occasional snack. Quite filling and normally can only eat half a bar. Much cheaper than buying individual from shops.

The best white chocolate product on the market

These are very nice, the consistency is similar to all the other grenade bars. They’re obviously cheaper to buy by the box but still kind of expensive. They claim to be low sugar but I’ve not bothered to verify these claims.

Easy on the go protein healthy, part of diet

Liked it better than any other brand i proved, the taste is not artificial and it fills you very well.

Nice taste with a good flavour. A little bit to sweet and a little expensive. But satisfied me and my immediate cravings. Plenty of protein for my diet. I would recommend it especially if you like white chocolate.
