Absolutely brilliant - an essential in our house.
I have to be honest, I absolutely LOVE WaterWipes! When I found out we were expecting a baby in 2013, the search began for all manner of things that I had absolutely zero prior knowledge about, not being a 'baby person'. This quest for information included cots, baby monitors, nappies, car seats, prams - you name it, I researched it. When it came to wipes, it didn't take a whole load of research to realise that WaterWipes were the best option out there. Early on, you read in babycare books, web articles and on forums that the best thing to clean your baby's bottom with is good old cotton wool and water - this means there are no chemicals touching their most delicate parts, and the care is gentle and natural. We stuck to this for the first three weeks. It was easy in hospital, where we were 'living' in a bedroom with a sink for a week, but once we were home and changing nappies in a bedroom a fair way from the bathroom, it was less convenient. When your tiny baby has produced a, ahem, offering seemingly 3 times the size of its own head, which is rapidly coming close to leaking all over its clothes, you want something that you can use super-fast - not be putting the baby down in it's cot while you retrieve the water container, go to the bathroom for water and return. No doubt to find your baby either fast asleep or surrounded by poo! WaterWipes are 99% simply water. They are so gentle and natural, and importantly they are absolutely soaking wet - not like the scratchy, often dry feeling Pampers or Huggies wipes. I suffer from eczema and contact allergies, and there is a good chance our son will too - this means I was loathe to use any of these other wipes on him anyway - the less chemicals he is exposed to at such an early age the better. Even the popular 'Sensitive' versions of these wipes are still crammed full with chemicals. Yes, the big drawback - they are much more expensive than those other mainstream wipes. I admit that keeping our house, nappy bags, cars and grandparents homes stocked with WaterWipes is not cheap. But, at least to us, it us well worth it for ensuring our baby has a smooth, healthy, happy bum from day one! We buy the WaterWipes in these slightly better value Value Boxes, and use Amazon Subscribe & Save / Amazon Prime, which reduces the price by 20%. Incidentally, our little man has never once had a case of nappy rash or soreness down there. This could be down to either the exclusive use of WaterWipes, or Sudocrem cream - but lets just say I'm not changing anything just to find out! One thing to mention also, is that even if our child proves not to have been cursed with my hyper-reactive, sensitive skin, the fact that I'm using WaterWipes means I can change his nappy with bare hands - if I used Pampers or Huggies wipes, even the Sensitive ones, the allergic reactions to some of the chemicals in them would mean I would have to wear gloves. Not exactly the bonding experience you have in mind for your firstborn! WaterWipes in one word? Essential.

great for new babies
i bought this as i had a sample pack from my first bounty pack. i was so impressed with the sample, that i bought this whole box when my baby was born. being a new mum recovering from the whole ordeal of birth and still limping around, these wipes were a godsend being 99% water. it was kind on my son's bum and gave me a break from constantly having to use water and cotton wool to wipe him down. it was great for going out or away to my mum's as i could just pop them into my bag. i have now moved onto the 'normal' wipes, but these were great for those first 6 weeks, even if they were expensive as they weren't messy nor time consuming and were incredibly straightforward. the main thing is that he didn't get a rash and had no chemicals used on his bum.

A baby's favourite - Highly recommended
I was anxious to find the right kind of wipes for my baby, a product gentle on his fragile skin, with no unpleasant, chemical smell. I have tried Pamper's, Johnson's, and Huggies. Water Wipes are, by far, my favourites and I now exclusively buy this brand. First, they do the job (!) The size of each wipe is about right, not too big or too small, the smell is neutral, the fabric is soft yet it doesn't tear easily. Finally, because it contains no nasties (only water and fruit extract), I can also safely use them to wipe my baby's chin, which can be handy!

Best Wipes For Baby's Skin
Prior to my daughter's birth I did a lot of research into baby wipes and found that these Waterwipes are the best on the market. The wipes that claim to be 'pure' (Huggies) and 'natural' are not! I would not use anything other than Waterwipes on my daughter's skin. I had eczema as a baby and I avoid using any kind of products which include chemicals etc on my baby's skin. I still have eczema on my hands now and have never had a bad reaction or flair up as a result of using these wipes. I understand that price is a consideration for some people, however as a product review I am more than happy to give Waterwipes a 5 star excellent rating and would (and have) recommend them to all. In my opinion it is grossly unfair to give Waterwipes a one star rating because of the 'value' aspect. The 'value' is surely also in the fact that you are not exposing your child's skin to harmful chemicals! Buy these wipes - you won't regret it!

Great disposable wipes for those trying to avoid excessive perfume/preservatives.
The ingredients list of most wipes on the market are full of alcohols, fragrances, preservatives, etc... and feel soapy, leaving a residue. I'm not totally adverse to these additives but these are a refreshing change and smell neutral, don't leave a residue and so far we've avoided any bad nappy rashes. We use these in the nappy bag and at home when there's a lot of mess in the nappy (at home we also use cotton reusable wipes, which we'd recommend to others). The only slight niggle is what some other reviewers have found, that they packing of the wipes isn't ideal. Either only one comes out and you have to dig for the next, or several come out at once. But I think that's the nature of how most baby wipes are packed.

Counterfeit/Fake Wipes? - Not Quite
So when I bought these I was slightly concerned with claims in these reviews about them being counterfeit due to the different packaging and claims it has 'Benzalkonium Chloride' in it. I put these concerns to WaterWipes directly via email and they said "Last year we completely re-designed our range and even brought out two different versions of the multipacks which has led to a lot of confusion around our wipes. Amazon are verified sellers of our wipes and any WaterWipes you can buy on the platform are our own. Our website is now up to date with all the different images but last year it wasn’t which resulted in a lot people thinking they had received fakes which wasn’t the case.". In reagrds to the harmful chemical claim they said "We added this information to our packaging early 2018, as trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride are a by-product of the fruit extraction process. The level that exists in WaterWipes is extremely small and has no impact on safety of the product. Our wipes contain 0.1% fruit extract which in turn contains trace amounts of Benzalkonium Chloride so the overall content in the finished pack is negligible. To give you an idea, it can also be found in traces within Children’s nasal drops, Children’s plasters and some Baby bum creams. Given the negligible amount of Benzalkonium Chloride in our product, it is not classed as an ingredient, and so legally we don’t have to disclose it. But we believe in this day and age that companies owe it to their customers to declare information beyond what they are legally obliged to." So when it comes to reviewing this product, I will give them the benefit of the doubt as I am no expert. However the wetness of these wipes are slightly disappointing, I was hoping they would be a little more wet than they are. Luckily I haven't had any negative experience with them, they do the job just fine. However a wet wipe doesn't have to do very much right to be a good product, so when it comes to overall rating I'll be giving it 4 stars for the product itself as I think it could be doing better as well as my preference for something a little bit wetter.

Good but pricey
At first didn't want to make use of this product as I find the price is way too much for wipes and quiet heavy to carry if your out and about. I decided to use a cheaper and safe also brand for nappy changes and bought water wipes to only use on our baby's hands and face for when she gets messy after feeding and when dribbling so much from teething. Amazon boxed deal is at a discounted price which makes the price doable. The product is really good but still find the price could be made more affordable.

Good quality, everyday wipes.
I would like to point out that most baby wipes you use are made of plastic, the material is no different to Tesco’s brand or Pampers etc.. It does say “contains TRACES of Benzalkonium Chloride” which is a preservative but it seems to be a very very low amount which is highly unlikely to effect baby. The packs arrived in tact, I was very surprised at how heavy the bag of 4 packs is. surprised to find that it feels VERY weighed down by water content but obviously this isn’t a problem as it’s exactly what I paid for. Baby isn’t due till Feb, but I look forward to using them very much :) Thank you for this fantastic deal!

I love these wipes because they are so multi purpose
I love these wipes because they are so multi purpose. Because they are so pure, I actually use them to wipe his face and hands and toys. I bought 4 pack of 4.

Best wipes on the market!
These are the absolute best wipes! I’ve tried so many brands and it’s the only wipe that has the most moisture! They’re so wet! Perfect for number 2s !! Yes they’re pricey but you honestly use less wipes each nappy change because they’re so wet. And they’re so delicate on sensitive skin!

Quindi straconsiglio.
