Great machine that works reliably. I use it to purify the air in rooms and it works really well. The only complaint is the plastic tubing degrades over time from exposure to the ozone - please provide silicon tubing instead as the plastic is wasteful and bad for the environment once it has to be tossed - plus it's difficult to replace.

I was shocked at the instructions! This is hardly English! Absolutely no certification for health and safety and suitability for use in this country. What if it blows off in my hands, or somebody else's?I am travelling so have won't have a chance to return it but even if I could, this dodgy piece will end up in somebody else's hands as it ended up in mine after I saw the box was ripped, ie had already been returned.I am at odds how devices like this can make it into this country. Absolutely shocking....

The service from the seller was fine. But the product leaves a lot to be desired. It works, but the 'manual' is hopeless. It is written in pidgin English and gives no help at all about how to use the machine. No mention of how long to run the machine in water. I had to find out by searching the internet.EDIT - the machine has now stopped working.- it lasted 9 months.

I purchased this product about 10 months ago, it has been working fine during about 8 of those months. You can smell the ozone in the air when it's working ok. What's the expected life of these machines ? Are there any common areas that break that can be repaired ?Update : item was refunded ~ so all is good and well, product does do it's job well. Was using it for 10 mins every other day.

Tried it today so cannot comment on ozonated water effectiveness yet. Eaay to use and, although the manual is very basic it includes simple clear I structures for use,and safety...... Nothing about the stink though. It stunk the room out and assume it has ozonated that too. Two hours on with window open and still smells. Will follow with review of water actions.

The advertising on the speck said it was a 600 mg/h, however what they sent me was a 400mg/h and l would have to keep the generator on for the maximum time of 30 mins to achieve ozonatef watet. Moreover the 600mg/h you only need about10 mins, therefore I am not happy with this. They should have advertised both miodles on the website, so that we could choose the correct model. The instructions are in somewhat in broken English, and not so clear .

I did a fair amount of research before buying this Ozone Generator.I have been using it for a few weeks now and I simply love it. I ozonate my drinking water and use it for many different functions from freshening boots and shoes to cleaning fruit and veg before putting away in fridge.With the depressing news that most poultry is now infected with E Coli and Salmonella not to mention many other 'nasties' such as hormones or parasites, I think one of these is essential to protect the family by immersing the meat pre-cooking.You can also make ozonated water to wash down all household surfaces to sterilize against viruses, bacteria and potential cross infection in the case of domestic illness.I highly recommend it.
