This is a slightly darker roast than our Excelso Colombian coffee,It's a Medium strength 4 Our first bean is from the Tarrazu region & known to produce the best coffee in Costa Rica. Arabica Catuai & Caturra bean is grown between 1200m & 1700m & produces a delightful aroma, crisp acidity, with a note of dark fruit. Medellin in Colombia is the source of our 2nd variety, an Arabica Excelso bean grown in rich volcanic soil to produce fruity tones with a nutty, sugar browning flavour. Rich bodied with a well-balanced acidity. Our 3rd bean is an Indian Cherry Robusta added to give our blend an amazing crema without producing bitterness or encroaching on the flavour of the coffee it is blended with. I was a bit dubious on buying this coffee due to the comedy cat element, but, putting snobbery a side and positive reviews, I thought, go for it.Well, it's a great perky number for the morning and a perfect 'pick you up' mid morning. Would absolutely recommend this!!

Tasted better
I bought this as the reviews were excellent for it. Disappointed is a fair assessment. I agree its not bitter but I would class the strength as less than a 4, and mediocre taste at best. Don't get me wrong its nice coffee, just not the best. Won't be buying again however the seller was quick to deliver so no problems there.

Cigarettes
I put 30g of this to 500 ml of water in my french press and I was gravely dissatisfied with the taste. In my opinion, it tasted like cigarettes. This may be up to personal taste but I will not be buying again

Smelt amazing.

As a keen coffee connoisseur always looking to try a different blend I was recently introduced to the Crazy Cat 3 Bean Blended Ground Coffee.I was instantly smitten. The blend is exceptionally smooth combining full flavours and taste. This has instantly elevated itself to my new favourite coffee blend which I would highly recommend to any coffee drinker.

Just as described
Many coffees we have tried do have that bitter after taste - pleased to say that this coffee was smooth - best word that comes to mind is mellifluous! I would certainly recommend the coffee to others who may be hesitating at buying a new brand - it was for me well worth the risk!
