MUHLE Plastic Head Cover for Safety Razors

Fits perfectly on my Merkur 34C! I got it for £4.95 but I think the people complaining about the price are undervaluing good design! I’d much rather have this than something bulkier, it’s very secure on the razor and does exactly what you want it to.

Yes it is expensive but I think it is well worth the money. I keep my Muhle razor out on display in the bathroom and the guard looks great on it. I also have a 4 year old grandson to think about and don't want him touching a razor blade. It is extremely well made and fits my Muhle safety razor like a glove, nice and snug and safe. Can't fault it you will not be disappointed.

Although overpriced for a piece of plastic, this enables the safe storage of my razor. Fits a Merkur 23C.

Doesn't hold on to the companion razor at all, no clamping force or click in place. Extremely cheap plastic and very expensive... Not worth it. I think just getting a full case would be better for travel, this would fall off.

Fits a little more tightly than I was expecting - although that's not a bad thing! - and provides excellent protection. Perfect if you're going to lob the razor into a wash bag. It's worth about 50p, however! Some potential buyers may be interested to know that it fits the King C. Gillette razor just as well as Muhles.

Great product and I use it on my main razor when I'm away but may have not got it as it came with the travel kit but it isn't listed. Just like a double edge razor. A great surprise in the combined travel pack but not when the Amazon bit says also brought with a travel pack. There's selling and there's over selling. Muhel are not to blame and there products are top notch. It was Amazon that I was disappointed with for the overselling.

Tut was es soll, passt perfekt auf den zB. R89 Traditional. Ist aus beigem Kunststoff und verhindert versehentliches Schneiden an der Klinge, va. im Kulturbeutel. Der Preis ist natürlich total überbewertet, eigentlich sollte das Teil jedem Rasierer für 35+€ beiliegen...

Tengo una Edwin Jagger DE89L y este verano me la llevé de vacaciones. Como una cuchilla me sirve para un par de afeitados, la dejé puesta y un día "pescando" en el neceser me llevé un susto porque, efectivamente, aunque la cuchilla está bastante oculta en el peine, si le das con el dedo, corta. Para tranquilidad de los lectores, fue un corte poco profundo, pero que preferiría haber evitado, motivo por el que me puse a buscar algo para cubrir la cabeza (no quería estuche, porque me gusta que la maquinilla no ocupe espacio en el neceser) y llegué hasta aquí. Leí en los comentarios que alguien tenía una maquinilla similar y que encajaba perfectamente, así que me decidí a comprarla y efectivamente, va perfecta. También leí comentarios sobre si era demasiado caro para lo que es... ciertamente es un trozo de plástico pero está diseñado y fabricado para una función concreta, y la cumple bien y de forma estética (que para mi era importante: un papel de periódico envolviéndola también cumpliría la función y es más económico, pero no es lo mismo). En mi opinión, tiene una calidad/precio razonable a lo que ofrece.

Perfect fit for my Merkur Fatboy. Doesn't touch the blade edges like several leather styles I've tried, completely protecting the blade in transit.

Bien utile pour ne pas se couper les doigts en prenant son rasoir. Très pratique.
