Is it white when dry?

Hi Paulina, No it dries to a light brown/creamy opaque type of colour, definitely not white though, I used it to glue Oak panels over existing newel posts on a staircase and clamped these tight together and wiped any excess glue off and once dried I sanded the joint and there's absolutely no trace of the glue, it's rock solid and couldn't fault the strength of this glue - 5*

Anybody know if its good for Balsa? wood

Yes this will stick ANY form of wood to wood together only, its not instant glue but it is extremely strong, if you want to pull it apart again after it is dry u will break the wood in another place before breaking the bonded area guaranteed.

Is this glue OK for outside use in all weather conditions?

What it says and how it performs are completely at odds. I used it on three projects, all dowelled and glued and all three have come apart. I regret using this glue and especially after I watched a YouTube video comparing glues where Gorilla was the worst on test.

I'd like to glue wooden slices to the opening of a blocked up fireplace. Would that work? (Wood on stone)
