BEWARE: It's not gluten free
I'm sure the product itself is wonderful if you don't require a gluten free diet for medical reasons. It's listed on Amazon as 'Diet Type - gluten free', but when it arrived it states on the packet that it may contain wheat, so I'm afraid I can't really give it 5 stars. It was cheap enough that I can pass it on to someone who can use it, though, so not the end of the world.
