Saplings Cot Top Changer (White)

I built this with the knowledge of some people complaining about the instructions, so I had a good read before hand and took my time. In all honesty it was simple to build.What I was appalled about was every medium sized piece of dowelling when inserted created hairline splits in the main pieces of wood, which seriously concerned me. So i ended up using some glue to rub into these areas to hopefully correct some of the weakness.The base panel is made up of two pieces of flexible wood inserted into grooves which isn't obvious. I am slightly concerned this may pop out under weight. In its defence it does say on the panel for children 12 months and under, which when purchasing I wasn't aware of.Its an ok item, though over priced.

Does the job but not well made and I had to do a number of modifications on it before it was strong enough to fulfill its purpose. The allen key driven screws are particularly poor and all of the heads sheared off before the screws were in place.

Be warned, this comes as a flat pack which you have to put together yourself. Didn’t realise this as the product is not that bulky. Was expecting it to be ready to use. To make matters worse, the instructions don’t correspond to the item. You’re better off just looking at the picture and using common sense. Does look good once built though.

The best I can say it that this product serves its purpose. It was a bit tricky to put together by myself, but I managed it in the end. Also, the clip part doesn't really reach to fit round the side of the cot. The dowelling does hold it in place quite firmly however, so it doesn't slide around. It is the right size to fit most standard padded changing mats & does the job for now.

One of the best baby things I've purchased. I had an emergency Caesarian section so it was a godsend as I didn't have to keep bending down with my stitches. Plus it does attach to the cot for piece of mind that it won't slip off. Excellent!!!

easy assembly but over time and usage it did get a bit wobbly and warped .

The reason for the one star is because I wanted to return this as it was too small for my adopted daughter but the return process has been v difficult

Very easy to put together, great quality used for two children now and still as strong as when first put together.
