JUSTOP BTR006 Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Audio Receiver With 3.5MM Jack, Universal Adapter For Speakers, Built-in Rechargable Battery, Audio Cable And 3.5mm Jack Joiner Adapter

I recently discovered Amazon Cloud Player and took out the annual subscription and have been ripping and uploading my entire CD collection. Its great to be able to listen to whatever I want on the go via my phone (unlimited data network!), however at home I wanted a way to be able to play my music via my NEXUS 7 to the stereo. I've got an older ONKYO stereo system which has fantastic sound quality - however it doesn't have bluetooth connectivity or a USB port, so their own brand bluetooth adapters are a no go. I didn't really want to have to buy a new stereo system just to stream music, and I didn't want a long 3.5mm wire connecting my tablet to the stereo. I looked on Amazon and found the JUSTOP BTR006 and figured for the sake or £15 I'd give it a go. It arrived today (very prompt delivery service) and took just a few minutes to set up. I have used a spare USB wall plug adapter I had lying around so its permanently connected to the power and I don't have to worry about recharging it. It connected to my tablet very quickly with no hassle, and i used the 3.5mm to phono lead adapter that came with it in order to connect it to my Line In on the back of the stereo (I could have just used the 3.5mm lead, but the LINE IN for that is on the front so I wanted to make it look tidy). The sound quality is really very impressive. I was expecting it to be good after reading some of the reviews on here, but its better than I was hoping for. I'm streaming 256kb/s mp3s via the Amazon Cloud player and it has a very rich, no static sound. Range wise I live in a newish house, so it has fairly thin walls, but I tested it by taking the tablet upstairs and there was no breakdown in quality. The only very minor point is that in order to connect a secondary device the manual states that you have to go through steps 1-6 and resync it with the new device. This means it doesn't seem to be able to store more than one device to stream from (I wanted to see if I could have it recognise my NEXUS 7 and my wife's iPad without having to sync each time). This is a very minor point, and not worth knocking off a star - however this may be more of an issue for some people I guess. Overall though a great product, good price and excellent sound quality.

Wow !! Purchased this little gadget in order to RECEIVE bluetooth to my Denon D-F109 DAB stereo system from my Windows 8 PC.....& it worked perfectly. The BTR006 is small & compact, & easily "hides" behind the stereo system for which it was intended. Along with the bluetooth transmitter at the PC end (not included - purchased seperately), pairing took just a matter of seconds. The PC & the Denon stereo system are probably about 12 metres (40 foot) apart. Sound quality is very good, along with signal strength (no breaks in sound output). Please note that whilst the unit comes supplied with a USB lead (for charging), it does not come with a mains charging plug. This will therefore need to be purchased seperately if you want to charge from the mains supply. Alternatively, charging is via USB port. Mains charging took around 2-3 hours from unpacking to being fully charged. Purchased @ £15. Good buy ?? Absolutely !! Very Pleased.

I got this tiny Bluetooth receiver to use at work to stream audio from my phone to a Aiwa unit via it's Aux input function and it works fine. The JUSTOP unit is simple to pair with any Bluetooth device and can be used for headphone or as a Aux device, it's also great for portable speakers that don't have Bluetooth built in. This device is charged via a USB port or in my case a mains USB charger, I'm using an old Nokia charger that has a USB output, charging time is a claimed 3 hours but took longer. Build quality looks a little flimsy but for the price paid I'm not complaining. I got around 8 hours use out of the device before having to charge it for the first time, I'm hoping it will last a little longer next time. There is no volume controls on this device, you use the volume control on your phone/tablet, the power button doubles up as a pause button if needed. Included with the JUSTOP device are a short 3.5mm socket to 2 phono plugs (used for connecting to an AUX input on an audio unit) a 3.5mm to 3.5mm extension socket (used for connecting headphones). First impression of this device are very good, the sound is crisp and clear with good range. Simple easy set-up and does the job intended.

Works well, but one major flaw. I previously used a cable between my car and iPhone. This played music fine and when I took a phone call, the person calling could be heard from the cars speakers. This clearly is how you would want it. With this device, when a call is taken, it stops transmitting so the sound of the caller defaults back to the phone. If you take a lot of calls in the car, this isn't for you. Otherwise its good. Tiny gripe is that you have to press the on/off switch or 5-6 seconds to turn it on. That's a bit annoying.

I recently changed my car from a 2009 Fiesta which had factory fit AUX/USB/Bluetooth connections, to a 2008 Mercedes CLK which had none of these things!! To make matters worse the audio 20 unit in the Mercedes does not play MP3 cd's. I thought that my days of in car iPod were over, unless I paid Mercedes £400 for an iPod kit. Thankfully the CLK is fitted with an AUX in socket. Only problem with this is that the AUX input is located at the far side of the glovebox! Not ideal for changing tracks or playlists. This great little gadget gets round that problem, and for only £15! Now when I get into my car I switch this receiver on, and bingo it connects perfectly to my iPhone 4s. The device does require pairing initially, but this took less than a minute and one month later has never needed repeated. The sound quality is excellent; personally I cannot tell the difference between listing to this or a CD. The receiver has a built in rechargeable battery. Charging takes less than 2 hours and is done by using the included USB charging cable. I use the device daily on my 24 mile commute, with approx 1 - 1 1/2 hours of use a day. With this level of use the unit needs charging once a week, which is better than I expected. To keep my phone handy I have been using the Kensington phone holder Kensington K39217EU Universal Smartphone Cradle Mount , which has worked extremely well. The best thing however is that this set up is fully removable, and can be used in any car with an AUX in socket. I'm sure that if I sold my car I would not even get 10% back on the £400 manufacturer kit, so this really is a bargain!.

I concur with all of the other positive reviews concerning this brilliant miniature box of tricks. Sound quality: fantastic. I have it plugged into the AUX socket in my car and I stream music and SatNav from my iPhone 4, running iOS 6. I previously used a Motorola DC800 which was more than 10 times the size and was well in need of upgrading. The sound with the JUSTOP is clearer and I can now enjoy crisp treble as well as deep, clear bass without white noise to annoyingly accompany it. The biggest bonus for me is the use of Bluetooth v2.1 which, using an iPhone with the same or greater Bluetooth version, means once paired (very easy process), the JUSTOP remembers the partnership so, since I always leave bluetooth 'idling' in the background on my iPhone, as soon as I turn the JUSTOP on (when I get in the car), they connect instantly without any fiddling around in settings menus. Glorious! Another nice feature for me is that, since it is rechargeable, when I cut the engine, the music carries on playing until I turn it off. Also, if just nipping into the shops, I take my phone with me. If still in range, they'll remain connected. If I go further afield and the connection drops, they'll re-connect, so long as the connection wan't broken for more than 5 mins, in which case the JUSTOP will power off to conserve battery. Quick press of the power button for 3-4 seconds and they'll connect again. Since the AUX socket is in a hard to reach area in my car, I use a 3.5mm extension cable which I already owned. It means I can put the JUSTOP exactly where I want it for easy reach of the MFC/ power button. It only cost a couple of quid, with gold connectors (sorry don't have the link). So you may need to also consider this as the device's own AUX lead is only a couple of inches long. In summary, a perfect device at a perfect bargain price. Highly recommended.

i was not expecting much at all and when I opened the tiny box I was really not expecting much....I was wrong! I am thoroughly impressed at both the unit itself and the quality of the sound. I have been saddened that the big technics separates often get left unused as my ex has pinched almost all of my possessions including music collection. This tiny little beauty has brought them to life out of the box I was worried that it would need to be connected to the power all of the time but nope - once the battery is charged (and it arrived fully charged) it will run by itself and one cable - which came supplied connects it up to the phono aux ports on the back of the preamp - but it would work with any aux input phono or 3.5mm jack supplied - so it has minimal effect on the aesthetic of the stereo. loses a star for weak Bluetooth range but it is tiny - within a couple of metres it breaks up a little - I have an LG sound bar and use a jabra soulmate and the bluetooth range of these other products is far superior (again they are much larger) which means leaving the phone on or next to the stereo is probably a must.

Ho acquistato questo adattatore per ascoltare l'audio del tablet (musica,video) con cuffie wireless già in mio possesso, e devo dire che funziona benissimo. Una volta collegato alla base delle cuffie (ma si può collegare a qualsiasi tipo di cassa acustica) e acceso premendo il pulsante, è stato riconosciuto subito dal tablet e ha cominciato a funzionare trasmettendo il suono in maniera perfetta. Nella confezione è presente un libretto istruzioni solo in INGLESE, quindi chi le vuole in italiano dovrà cercarle su internet.

Para poder reutilizar una antigua cadena musical de muy buena calidad. Ahora puedo escuchar música desde mi ordenador y desde mi teléfono con muy buena calidad y gracias a este producto. Excelente

Voilà longtemps que je cherchais une solution pour écouter la musique de mon téléphone sur mon véhicule, équipé Bluetooth pour les appels mais pas pour le streaming audio... tellement plus confortable qu'un simple câble jack ou RCA... Bonne autonomie, discret, compact, solide... se recharge rapidement... Ne gène en rien la connexion Bluetooth pour les appels, aucun conflit... et excellente qualité audio... bref, rien à dire ! Je recommande. Reste à voir sur le long terme.
