Great in cookie recipes
I bought corn starch to use in cookies from recipes I purchased in Canada. There seems to be some confusion about Corn Starch, Corn Flour and Cornflour. Corn Flour (two separate words) is a protein and fibre rich substance where Corn Starch and Cornflour are basically carbohydrate thickeners. Having discovered this I could have just used cornflour but this seems to work fine in my cookies so I am very happy to use it.
