Approximately 9" diameter and made of 2mm thick steel. Includes hardware for mounting to SnakeClamp brand flexible gooseneck and rigid arms. This product number includes our P-RBW Magnet attached to the underside which adds 1.8lbs for added stability. Total weight approximately 3.8lbs.
