Nope! The cone shaped outlet outside diameters are 7mm narrow end and 10mm wide end.

Would this be suitable for measuring 5ml doses for varroa treatment for bees?

I use this for PVA adhesive on my model railway which is very viscous. However, I am also a beekeeper! Personally I use oxalic acid crystals in an electric vapouriser for varroa treatment but there is no reason why this syringe could not be used for one of the liquid treatments, it has a scale in millilitres on the side and it comes with an additional small nozzle for use with low viscosity liquids.
