The item itself works really very well... once you can get it working. By that I don't mean that item itself is barely functional, what I mean is setting the thing up is an absolute nightmare! The software you're told to download and use, doesn't work. You need to download an older version, and that takes some finding. BUT once you get it set up, it works really nicely. The cusomizable buttons work really well and have a nice solid feel to them, the pen is comfortable and comes with quite a few replacement nibs, more than you'd get with most other pen tablets, and these are housed within the pen stand, so, nice and compact and you're not likely to lose them. It works very well for everything I've used it for, I've had no problems with responsiveness or lag. In general it works just as well as Wacom Tablets I've had in the past, and you get a lot of real-estate to work with for a decent price.

super impressed by this. i had the smaller one by the same brand which worked very well and after getting comfortable i upgraded to this larger size. it is excellent. it works remarkably well, very precise and is a super easy install with the official drivers to unlock all the capability from the tablet and the pen. it comes with a couple of gloves to ensure that as you use it, your palm does not interfere with the track pad (which is unusual as some other tablets have the ability to ignore your hand). this tablet also has an really good quality feel to it, just feels well made and durable. highly recommended.

The Ugee M708 table is an excellent tablet for the price. In fact it's easily as good as one double the price. I've experienced no lag at all, curves are smooth which is always a great test. About the only thing I've not been able to get working properly is the pressure settings within Photoshop, there's probably a setting somewhere though. I thought it was the tablet, but the scratchpad that installs with the driver demonstrates the pressure working correctly. I think the reviews here are for different products, as the one described by Alison describes different things as coming with the tablet (definitely no brush or USB pen with the Ugee M708).as with all tablets, always remove any old drivers for other tablets before installing the new ones, as that can cause oddities during use. All in all I recommend the Ugee M708, certainly for hobby use, unsure how it would hold up to daily / work use. **EDIT** To get the pressure working correctly within Photoshop I had to go into the driver (tablet icon near the clock in Windows) and ensure that 'Supports Digital Ink' was checked, then in Photoshop you go into Window>Brush and in the settings for the brush turn on Shape Dynamics and set the control to Pen Pressure... However if 'Supports Digital Ink' is off then you get a warning triangle and it doesn't work... However with Digital Ink on there is definitely a little more lag, but nothing too major.

Good in a pinch if you need something cheap and now, but quickly starts to show its drawbacks. Doesn't work as seamlessly as Wacom. Seems ok, then bizarrely won't work for other things, like the screenshot app on a Mac. Right click on the stylus can be clunky. Still find that I have to have a mouse on hand. For the price, I just have to accept it until I can afford something better.

Amazing plug and play graphics tablet! I’m a photographer so I primarily use this for photoshop. The tablet is very well made. It’s a great size and it’s very quick and easy to set up. It comes with some software also that is like a white board. I have allowed my niece to draw on the app using the tablet and she loved it too and found it so much fun. The pen comes with extra bibs and is amazingly accurate. I havn’t had any problems so far! I’ve just got round to using the customisable buttons and they’re so useful for switching tools etc very quickly. This has sped up my workflow by miles! The tablet is very smooth to draw on with the pen also!

The products doesn't come with the accessories shown in the picture.. I had to return the first model I purchased.. The keys stopped working just after three days.. Got a replacement.. Its working fine right now.. But I am in constant fear that of it crashing any day.
