Brilliant supplements!
I have been taking these for a few months now and I’m pleasantly surprised by the difference they make. My hair and nails are much stronger and grow a lot quicker, my skin is clearer and I feel very well within myself. They even helped me taper from antidepressants- that I had been on for nearly 5 years- with minimal withdrawal symptoms. I don’t get any side effects from these and I like that they don’t a fishy taste like some Omega-3 capsules. Overall, I would 100% recommend.
