Dangerously moreish, with a proper stokkie texture
I normally try to buy these in person when I’m passing through Euston, where the chaps on the stall are absolutely lovely. When I can’t get there in time, ordering them here is my backup plan. The flavour is excellent, but it’s the texture I particularly like. They’re nicely dried and have that satisfyingly chewy stokkie texture rather than being too soft. Unfortunately, they’re also extremely moreish. Opening a bag with the intention of having a few can rather easily turn into discovering I’ve eaten far more than intended and given my jaw an unexpected evening workout. Excellent chilli bites and something I keep coming back to. My only real complaint is my apparent inability to exercise any restraint around them.

Delicious and moreish! X
These are the most delicious biltong chilli bites. I have to eat the whole lot the minute they hit the mat. (Ex-Durban) Yum yum! Xxx

Flavourless
Not bad texture but compared to other chilli bites ive had, and i buy a lot, these were pretty flavourless amd underwhelming to be honest. Probably wouldnt buy these particular ones again.

Boss Biltong
I was born in Africa and my Fad used to make this, having come to Scotland I’ve searched for the best Biltong, apart from my sons this is undoubtedly the best
