Trident Cinnamon Gum

I have had to update my review after realising that my tongue seems to feels raw or burnt, like when you drink soup that is too hot, after chewing this gum. Is it some chemical in the gum? Who knows, but I don't like what it does to my mouth, so what's it doing to the rest of me ?. I do like cinnamon but it is not mentioned in the list of ingredients, just chemicals. I am allergic to nothing, so it can't be related to anything like that.Eamonn

I love cinnamon in any form and chew a lot of sugarfree gum but this was massively overpriced and leaves an awfully bitter aftertaste in your mouth. Whether that's due to the cinnamon flavouring or the saccharin I don't know, but having had type I diabetes for more than fifty years, as you can probably imagine I've had a lot of saccarin in one form or another and the only other thing I've come across that's left such a bitter aftertaste is Candarel.

The picture shows a 15 pack box, and the product description weight and dimensions suggest the same thing, but what you get is a single packet of gum.
