I bought a set of these about a year ago, and they have performed very well. The only issue I've had is that some of the wheels were slightly warped, so they don't run absolutely true. Reading some of the other reviews, they seem to say that the diamond cutters overheat and wear very quickly. This will certainly be the case when running the cutters without lubrication. Running diamond cutting disks like this dry will destroy them in a very short time - they should be constantly lubricated with water when cutting. I've been using the same cutter (with lubrication) for over a year now (albeit on an occasional basis), and it still cuts through glass and stone without any problem.

These are small diamond cutting discs for a rotary tool, supplied with two arbors, and I used them mainly for trimming ceramic tile edges and cutting a couple of small metal pieces in the garage. For light jobs they work well. They fitted my rotary tool without any fuss and the discs were thin enough to make reasonably neat cuts without chewing up the edge too badly. On a broken tile offcut, I was able to shape a small notch for a pipe gap, and the finish was much cleaner than I expected from such small discs. They also felt handy for those awkward little cuts where a larger grinder would be complete overkill. The main thing I noticed is that they do not like being rushed. If I pushed too hard, the disc started to feel like it was dragging rather than cutting, so I had better results using gentle pressure and letting the tool do the work. They are also quite small, so they are better suited to detail cuts rather than anything thick or heavy duty. For the price, having ten discs and two arbors makes this a practical set to keep in the toolbox. I would buy them again for small ceramic, metal, or craft type jobs, but I would not expect them to replace proper cutting gear for tougher work.

I guess these are the same as all the other similar products listed - goodnes know why I selected this one? The cutting discs are actually pretty good - I wanted to cut through a steel bolt in an awkward place, and mounted in my cordless drill, it did just that in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, I couldn't undo the screw to change the disc as the screw head was rubbish, and eventually the screw snapped off anyway, leaving me with 10 discs, and one dodgy mandrel. I'd have been happy to pay a bit more for better mandrels, but they all seem to be the same. I'll now have a look see if I can buy more mandrels separately!

I was sceptical with this purchase as there was an array of mixed reviews. It soon became apparent that the negative reviews can only be due to the following reasons: wrong tool for the job (like using a drill instead of Dremel), lack of skill, cutting wrong material (something that a grinder should be used for). I used these blades with a dremel on my kitchen tiles and it was perfect, only used to blades but could of got away with one and made around 20 cuts. LET THE BLADE TO THE WORK!! Do not apply pressure. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Bought to cut through an awkwardly-placed steel pin when fixing an umbrella. I used them with a standard drill (in an adapter for small tools) and it worked great. I'm sure I'll use them for other projects in future.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but want to give a potential buyer a heads up. Once the disc is attached to the drill attachment using the small bolt and screwdriver, within 30 seconds of using the disc the bolt breaks off. It happened with the two bolts that were provided. The metal is too soft.

Ich habe mit diesen Diamantscheiben eine Ronde aus einem Reststück 4mm Ofenglas (Borosilikonglas) geschnitten. Das Ergebnis überzeugt! Bis 10.000 U/min lief die Trennscheibe recht ruhig, bei 15.000 U/min spürte ich eine leichte Vibration in der Maschine. Angesichts des Preises aber durchaus vertetbar. PS: In einer Bewertung wird erwähnt, dass die Scheiben zu weich sind. Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Es kommt halt auch auf den Verwendungszweck an und wie man bei der Bearbeitung vorgeht. Wenn man so viel Kraft anwendet, dass die Scheibe sich verbiegt, gehe ich davon aus, das entweder die Anwendung nicht die richtige war oder der Anwender 😜! Das Werkzeug sollte immer das Tempo vorgeben, nicht der Bediener!
