Works absolutely fine, good product good results, I would say there worth every penny, Originally I was after powder but bought these by error and have stuck with them for a year ever since..... recommend!!!!

There flavourless so there's no worry about them tasting horrible & there fairly easy to swallow for me but I know some people who do have problems trying to swallow them. they work well for me but some people don't get much benifits from Creatine & some people get really good benifits, they have increased my strength & I get a really good pump when weight training & I gained 10lbs after 5 weeks which could be mostly water but I like it because they give your muscles a full look without having to take steroids.

I'm 46 years of age and returned to the gym at the start of the year to get back into shape before it's too late! I've not used creatine for some considerable time, in fact it wasn't available in tablet form when I last used it. Although I was training hard and taking whey protein, I was not seeing the results I was after. However, using this along with whey protein has certainly paid off. The tablets are quite large, but still easy to swallow. I'm following the instructions to the letter and loaded up the first week with 10 tablets a day (5 in the morning and 5 in the evening) and then 6 per day (again split morning and evening). I did put on some weight in the first week (around 4 lbs), but now stable and seeing a reduction in my bodyfat and an increase in muscle size; exactly what I think we're all after! I'm still in my first 10 week cycle, but have already bought a second tub of these to see me through this cycle and into the next! I would highly recommend this to anyone serious about weight training. Yes, they may be more expensive that other brands, but there's a reason for that.....

Good product, does what it should, immediately felt the difference after taking them for a day, the only issue are the dosage is incorrect, look up creatine dosage, I only need 4 per day, not the 6 it says to take. Also I have found several capsules broken in half but no powder in the bottom of the tub, so I didn't get 240, I got 215.

These are so convenient to take, just pop open the bottle and slam 3 pills down morning and night. The pills are large but I'm a big guy so it's no problem for me. I've noticed my muscles are a bit larger and I feel a bit stronger, remember it's only a bit these aren't steroids. If you know what creatine is and what you will get out of it then buy it. Do not expect to look like Arnie taking this. All in all its the best creatine I've tried so far with some actual results, I'll be buying again.
