Mercase Motion Sensor Wardrobe Light Battery Powered Night Lights 2 Pack

Absolutely fantastic motion sensor lights.Work exactly as described.Bought 2 of these for use in our bathroom during the night.They attach really easily underneath the wall cabinets with a sticky magnetic strip and stay nice and secure once in place.These lights instantly detect motion the second we enter the room. They give a nice low level of light rather than having to put the main light on in the middle of the night.These lights require AAA batteries and once activated they will stay on constantly while motion is detected. If no motion is detected they stay on for roughly anywhere between 30 - 60 seconds. If they do happen to turn off while you are still in need of them the slightest movement will switch them back on pretty much instantly.These lights do not have a seperate on / off switch and so if you place them in a room that does not get direct bright sunlight during the day they will switch on automatically if they detect motion. This does not cause an issue for us because our bathroom does not get a lot of natural daylight and the extra light during a dull day is welcome. You would not have this issue if they were placed inside a cupboard or a wardrobe.I am definitely planning on buying some more for our house.5*

Work great but use lots of batteries on a regular basis

When these arrived I wasn't expecting the aluminium body! 4x AAA batteries and off they go - very fast to react and very bright light. Had an issue with one (bought 3 boxes originally) which had intermittent reaction to movement. The rest have been put in place and work absolutely great.

Under stairs light first one broke trying to open it to put the batteries in

These were a little bit flimsy and small (the spribg battery cover feels like it would break at any moment) thw batteries do not last a long time (about 4 weeks). The motion detection is good and the brightness for such a small unit can't be faulted. Overall pretty happy with the purchase.

Hi Received a pair of these lights. One is amazing and works correctly. The other one only works when it wants to. How do I conact the seller please to swap the bad one over ?The seller has contacted me very quickly and efficiently. They have sent a replacement. It actually works. I was a bit cynical after I unboxed it and it worked sometimes but not all the time. I then thought, correctly, that this was designed for and meant to be stuck in a cupboard in semi or total darkness for most, or all, of its useful life. I placed one in my workshop under a bench where I continually lose small items and another in the kitchen where our refuse bin sits below the sink. This product works! It’s amazing. I might have been a bit doubtful as I had recently purchased a PIR controlled outside light amid dozens of reports that PIRs from (wherever) are dodgy. Not this one. It works a treat. Think I might go online soon and get a couple more. At a fiver a pop this is not to be sneezed at. Well built generally. The hinge to the battery compartment is a bit wonky but then I’ve seen mobile phones with worse plug-ins than this. Should fulfill most of the average Joe’s expectations.
