Both myself and my partner have used this for different injuries and highly recommend it. Me for back muscular and him for knee injury. Easy to use and no mess!

Recommended
A godsend for aches and pains, but the one downside is the strong smell. However, it does dissipate, and it's worth putting up with for the benefits. An excellent temporary relief.

Initially good pain relief though I wouldn’t say it was long lasting. Instructions were not in English but it wasn’t difficult to work out how to use the spray! I will continue to use it.
