Absolutely Delicious and low sugar.
Amazon informed me that Iโve bought this 20 times! Lol. That tells you everything you need to know! Itโs absolutely delicious and my favourite spread from the Grenade range. A very close second is the Chocolate Salted Caramel. That one is very sweet indeed. But I have a sweet tooth, so itโs perfect. Iโve suffered from eating disorders for decades. In 2024/2025 I lost 9 stone in weight and am trying to maintain it. I rely on spreads like these even though I know I should eat cleaner. But I find with a history of eating disorders these spreads help me psychologicallyโฆ I know theyโre not the healthiest things I could be eating, but they do have much less sugar than Nutella or Biscoff spreads etc. And Iโm all for finding delicious things that contain less sugar! My Type 1 Diabetic son loves these Grenade spreads too. His favourite is also White Chocolate Cookie โค๏ธ

Absolutely delicious. It reminds me of a crunchy Milky Bar. I don't usually like "protein" treats, but this one just tastes good.

It's not really for me.
I love that my mrs enjoys this. She has it on wholemeal toast, and honestly for any some days all meals. Not really a carefully balanced diet but it is tasty, convenient and quick to use. We usually forget to reorder until it's almost all gone, so we often do the click and collect thing cos I can pick it up from Holland and B, inside Tesco when we go shopping. Price is good too and the 2nd jar has been half price the last couple of times-great stuff. All good from this end, folks!!

Try it with rice cakes and banana
Tastes preety good I use this for my every day morning breakfast which is x6 rice cakes or 2 prices of toast and I spread this on it with cut up banana i would actually normally use peanut butter but I thought id get something different for a nice change and I ain't going to lie its realy a nice spread and tastes addicting in a good way though not in a bad way
