Powerbar Protein Plus low in Sugar

Great taste for low calories and 10 g of protein!

These bars are nice and have a good protein percentage, but they're very small at 30g (most protein bars are in region of 60g). These are more cost effective alternatives. Price aside, the chocolate ones are great and taste more like a chocolate bar than a protein bar.

Decent. lowest calorie I have found for the price per 100g, taste is good, brownie is best (also had vanilla) had a total of 3 boxes. Prefer these to protein yogurt.

These are great bars. My primary reason for purchasing, and trying these was the low sugar contents, also, that they're quite small. Some protein bars can be big bulky bars that just taste heavy and dull. These are chewy, taste chocolatey, and are small enough for 3 or 4 bites to be enough. They're perfect for me, as a post-ride snack to ensure I'm recovering correctly and consuming enough protein. It's also good to be able to get bars for less than a £1 each. 30 bars for £27 (at time of this review) is a pretty good deal in comparison to some of the other ones. Also, being PowerBar, you know you're getting a quality product. Would definitely recommend if you want a smaller protein bar, that isn't too heavy, and not too sweet.

Normally great texture and taste, but last couple of times they have been hard and discoloured, as if not stored properly, like thawed. The defective batch is 07/25

Good taste. There are bars out there that are too sweet, this one seems to strike a nice balance. Texture is fine. My only dissapointment is how small a 35g bar is. It could almost be eaten in one mouthfull.

Hier fiel mir auch der Powerbar Proteinriegel ins Auge. Zum einen, da er mit „Low Sugar“ gekennzeichnet ist und mit den 107 kcal pro Riegel ist er für einen Riegel noch im komplett normalen Bereich. Genug Proteine und Ballaststoffe hat er auch. Da ich Sport treibe, hilft es mir besser, an die tägliche Dosis von Proteinen zu kommen, zum anderen zählt er, da er ein wenig süß ist in meinen Augen noch immer als Naschen. Somit muss man keine Riegel kaufen, die mehr aus Zucker bestehen als alles andere. Geschmack und Konsistenz: Vom Geschmack her muss ich sagen, das er echt lecker ist. Die Sorte „Chocolate-Brownie“ wurde echt gut getroffen. Sie schmeckt nicht so künstlich wie manch andere. Die Konsistenz ist weder zu fest, noch zu weich. Auch hier wurde es sehr gut getroffen. Einsatzmöglichkeiten: Egal, ob als Snack im Büro, als Zwischenmahlzeit oder vor dem Training. Er passt in jede Tasche und wiegt nicht viel. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis: Es ist schwer zu sagen. Ich hole mir die Riegel nur, wenn sie im Angebot sind. Ansonsten wären sie mir zu teuer. Somit würde ich sagen. Sofern sie im Angebot sind, ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis komplett in Ordnung. Weiterempfehlen? Ja, mir gefällt der Geschmack gut und die Inhaltsstoffe sind in Ordnung. Ich habe hier nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fazit: Ich finde den Riegel lecker und er liefert genug Proteine. Muy ricas sabiendo lo q estás comiendo. No es un dulce así q no esperéis una chocolatina. Aún así el sabor es rico y la textura es la de la mayoría de estas barritas. Tiene muy poquísima azúcar y las proteínas no están mal. Ideal para picotear a media mañana o media tarde
