Easy to use. I unintentionally played a song on speaker after downloading the songs & it’s very clean & clear. A bang for your buck that’s for sure!(Hopefully I’m allowed to post this, if not, I’m really sorry!) I saw in the reviews some people were having issues connecting to your Mac & music not downloading? I’m gonna post some instructions here in hopes that it will help you in your struggle cause I fought with this beauty for two days until I somehow prevailed.(Macbook) Converting songs to MP3 format:Plug into Mac and select on MP3 “Charge & Transfer”. Go to your Mac & select Music > go to the ribbon & click Music > Preferences > Files > Import Settings (under “copy files to Music Media…”) > Import Using… MP3 Encoder > Click “Ok”Go back to Music app (should be in the background) > select song of choice > ribbon again & Music > Convert… Create MP3 version (click it, look for a greyed out song on the Music app & click that one) > when song is done converting, click & drag to desktop screen > click away from Music app & use keyboard for command + F > AGP-A09x (create a new folder for Music) > click & drag songs to that folder. Music will/should be on your AGPTek A09x.If you have trouble with converting a certain song, sometimes you need to redownload it so look for the ⬇️ beside the song (right), click it & it should let you convert it this time around.

bought this about a year ago and it's really cute and works very well. battery life is kind of confusing, i'll charge it the night before and unplug it to charge something else and in the morning it will be completely dead although it was full.the bluetooth is good, sound quality is debatable depending on if you're using wired, wireless, or nothing at all. volume goes up to 31, but is VERY loud.i would recommend this -- it's easy to use and it's honestly a really good product considering it's cheap. downloading and playing songs on it is easy, i'm not sure about pictures and audiobooks since i don't use those options.

I bought this for my 8 year old who is just starting to get into music. I'm very happy with it so far! Arrived in perfect condition and with all accessories it was supposed to (charger/headphones). I have been able to move music from my iTunes account to it successfully. There really wasn't a lot of instruction in the manual that came with it on how to do that part other than "copy music to the device's folder", but my years of downloading/transferring music was enough for me to self-guide. I did have to download music from my iTunes accoun to my laptop first, and then I was able to copy those files and move them to the device. For some reason I could just do a copy and move straight from iTumes but knowing Apple, that's probably an issue on their end. The only issue I have so far is the headphones that came with it. They are junk and make the music sound terrible. But, my daughter already had some nice bluetooth enabled headphones and the music sounds SO much better on them so at least I was able to quickly determine that it was just cheap headphones and not the device itself. So if you're going to get this mp3 player, just know you'll need better headphones. I have not used any other features yet (video, recorder, etc), just the music part which is the only reason I purchased it so I don't really care about the other features any way.

Terrible product! To download music I had to download a new app on my computer when all my music was on ITunes. I googled to find out how to getall my music on this. You can't see the screen at all especially when you are out running. Only kept it because I can use it for other stuff besides running.

No smart phones for our 13 year old so she is liking this Mp3 player to take along on the bus for sports and other activities

This thing is a great, low cost entry point into DAPs (Digital Audio Player). The case is incredibly durable (has already been dropped a few times with no performance issues) and is a very convenient size. The headphones that come with it aren't bad either.But I will warn that this is not an iPod. The menu options are a bit counterintuitive and the screen is very difficult to see in direct light, even with higher brightness. It's also not the prettiest aesthetically, menu-wise and the Bluetooth can be spotty-mine worked fine with the car, but would cut out periodically with a speaker. Again, this is $40 and you get what you pay for. But if you are interested in dipping your toes into DAPs without breaking the bank, this is a great option.

It is really good to prevent organ damage from these phones that waste a lot more electricity, produce more electric field, magnetic field and obviously, the insane RF, microwave field 1 million times above normal level. background level downstairs in houses is usually 0.001mw/cm2, while near a phone, it's up to 1000 mW/cm2. 1 million times higher. brain cancer. turn the phone off in airplane mode and entirely, when not using it, and use an mp3 player to save your brain. can get the 4-year plan if you are worried it may break. I love the color. :) I have not had an mp3 player in many years, this is a great product versus the older ones. It can function as a low-volume speaker to listen to soft background music at night too, or while doing chores when wearing a headphone may not be very practical due to tangling or etc. Avoid Bluetooth, as it will damage the brain too via 2.5 GHz radiation. :) high quality fine materials.
