Easy to use and good leverage
You really don't want to strip threads on your bicycle crank, nor to struggle with "stuck" metal. This tool is well-designed to avoid both happening. Threads are fine and precise, marrying up perfectly with my bike's. The handle is short enough to avoid your pedals when winding, but long enough to apply leverage safely, or provide a base to add a little more "persuasion" via a rubber mallet or extension tube. Not cheap, but thoroughly recommended.

Excellent Pro Quality Item
I had bought an eBike conversion which included a crank removal tool. Unfortunately my crank was seized on very tight and the internal thread in the supplied tool stripped. I ordered this one which is very sturdily constructed and removed the crank with ease.Other reviews have complained that the integral handle is too short but I’d beg to differ. It’s clearly made at the length it is so you can rotate it with the pedal still in situ. Like I say my crank was tight enough to break the cheap Chinese tool supplied with my kit but I found that this one worked a treat without applying undue force or additional leverage. So generally an excellent piece of kit which will stay in my toolbox for the foreseeable!

Top quality
I always feel reluctant buying Park Tools because of how much they usually cost. But you have to hand it to them, they never disappoint and you just know it's going to make the job easier. This is no different: good quality, will last forever, and does the job it's designed for with no hassle. I'll let you judge as to whether that makes it good value or not.

Strong and perfect tool for the job
Let's start, best to remove the pedals it just makes the job a whole lot easier, the tight thread on these lets you pull off the most stubborn and cheap of pedal arms! just be careful when you use it, I always swear by Park tool so will continue to support them.and would highly recommend to purchase if you are a Square Taper crank user.not you need a different tool if you aren't this kind of crank.

Another good Park Tool
Good design, does the job well. Was easy to insert and there is enough length on the handle to apply sufficient leverage. Quality costs but overall I think it is worth it

Another good quality Park Tool product...
Used to remove the crankset from a 2011 Giant Defy 4 due to the drive train being worn I needed to upgrade the chainrings which due to the age were becoming quite difficult to source and when found were more expensive than buying a newer crankset. The process was simple and the tool was very easy to use too. The handle is flat and relatively comfortable and there was enough of a lever to allow for removal. I like to do things myself so for me, the item cost was worth it as I enjoy the process however if you are just doing this once and changing the BB out to update your bike to newer technology the likelihood is that you will only use this once so may seem like a bit of an expense, but if you are a mechanic or an enthusiast then this is a useful item of high quality to have in your tool kit.

Not suitable for race face 22mm crank
The inner spindle is too short and there for does not push against the cranks spindle. As seen in the pictures, the tool is wound entirely into the crank and hasn’t reached the spindle inside the bottom bracket.Therefor this tool does not work on all 22mm cranks as advertised.

Works on a Lemond G-force UT exercise bike
I needed to remove the cranks from my Lemond G-force UT exercise bike to remove the side access panels. The Lemond tool was $25 but this tool looked to be the same. I gambled and purchased this Park Tool which worked perfectly to remove the cranks. The tool is very well built and easy to use.

Park tool is always reliable
No complaints with this product or manufacturer. The only reason I bought this is because i lost my other one. Otherwise, it’ll last the rest of my life :)

Attrezzo serio
Dopo tante cinesate pagate poco ma totalmente inutili, finalmente un attrezzo serio.Costa più degli altri ma non ha niente a che vedere.Avevo riserve sulla fragilità ma mi sbagliavo.Lo consiglio
