Does this help with tennis elbow? I've been using it and I really feel the tightness in my elbow afterwards. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing..?

Hi it did not help mine but it helped warming up and down before and after long flamenco guitar gigs which made my tennis elbow less painful. Find a good physio that does acupuncture that cured my tennis elbow immediately.

What resistance strength would be best for lady with MS who seems to have good overall hand strength but not dexterity?

I bought this for my mum after she had a stroke and had reduced function of her right hand. Initially we borrowed one at a higher tension but the lower tension one purchased has been much easier for her. Hope this helps.

Would an 8 year old boy (not particularly strong) be able to use this? Or is there a child's version?
