With a mix of behind the scenes footage, interviews and archive footage, House of Flying Arrows traces the story of darts’ humble beginnings, through its glamourous heyday in the 70s and 80s, professional upheaval and popular resurgence in the 90s right up to the present and the 2015 World Championships. Full of all the drama, excitement and outrageousness of the game, this will be a must-have for darts fans but also a great gift for any sports documentary fan. Featuring all the biggest names and personalities in the sport: Phil “The Power” Taylor, Michael Van Gerwen, Gary Anderson, Raymond Van Barneveld and more, as well as legends from the golden age including Eric Bristow, Barry George, Keith Deller and Bob Anderson and celebrity fans including Ronnie O’Sullivan, Alastair Cook and Will Greenwood.

Really dissapointed - Downward Arrows from me.
I love darts, follow the tournaments and interested to know about the players. MVG being my fav.I couldn't wait to get this film - the wait wasn't worthwhile. After sitting comfortably for 5 minutes in to the film, we were still in the animated childlike introductions. Fast forward, bit more of intro's.It was so badly produced. Was it interesting, well if you're a darts fan like me, I guess so but it was boring. And as for the old codgers sat around the table reminiscing .... please!!!!!!!!! really!!!!!!!TOTES DISSAPOINTED

Average
Bought this for my dad's 70th birthday a real darts enthusiast and keen player in the past. He said today not as good as other dvds too much talking and only few highlights of some matches mostly Gary Anderson.Told him he needs to get sky sports.!!!

Great darts doc for both the casual and super fan
A real behind the scenes look at a fascinating group of characters. As a casual darts fan I loved this film and would recommend it to anyone with even a passing interest in the sport. Especially loved the animation sequence, part by the scientist and roundtable with the legends
