Nice, easy and plug and go board
The arduino family have a cousin that run .net. This is not windows, is just the open source frame required to run thousand of functions than make you project easy to develop and tryYo can use visual studio and other tools to create and test.

Shouldn't a starter kit have directions?
The kit received was as pictured. The boards were safely packaged in static proof bags and were in new condition. However, I am very disappointed that no literature or directions accompanied the kit. The boards are useless without programming. Where and how do I download? This is starter kit for the novice and Secret Labs rushed to get a product on the market without thinking through the process. How do I get my Netduino running? Advice anyone?

Great Kit
This is a great kit to get you started learning how to interface with a Netduino GO and the GO modules. Secret Labs LLC is great at releasing firmware updates and the forums are great for support if you have any issues.

Works great
The kit was easy to setup and use. Within 15 minutes had a program running and flashing leds. Nice project to do with the boys.
