This islike some miracle powder that somehow adds lift and volume to even thin looking hair, don't know how. It behaves just like hairspray, making your hair really stiff, so you need to be careful not to let too much tip out and try to tap it out evenly. It also makes your hair feel dry and chalky if you use too much. Only other downside for now is, I have no idea how much I've used or how much is left.

Arrived within two days, for those who have fine hair it really makes a difference, there are three rows of holes where the powder comes out from, I would strongly recommend that you put sellotape over the top two rows of holes or cover them with your thumb leaving the bottom row to sprinkle on your roots where needed, as it is a sufficient amount and gives enough volume and also you will have no excess wastage which makes the product last longer. The price was great a lot cheaper than salon prices, so I'm very happy and will definitely buy again.🌷🙂🌷

If you have thin hair, you need to wash it every two days, otherwise it starts looking like it has been licked by a cow. Combine that with using a hair spray or gel, and boom: Icky-sticky look. The powder takes all of this out of the way and helps give you a fresh look. I have never been more happy about a hair product, and I can't recommend it enough. Now for the actual look: It kind of adds a little bit of volume to the hair, your hair becomes rock solid and maintains the shape you give it even the next day, and it shows no sign on the hair. Like, literally no sign. If your loved one puts her/his hand through your hair, they are in for a surprise when they break fingers on contact, thinking they can give you the old hair-rub. HA!

I was introduced to this product by a recent trip to my hairdresser. It does a great job of adding bulk and texture to my hair without it looking greasy or overdressed. It is non greasy, easy to apply and is invisible once applied. It was expensive in my hairdressers, so I looked on Amazon and was surprised to find it, as a lot of products are rebtanded solely for the trade. I am pleased that I did as I can now get it cheaper!

I'm only deducting one star because of the cost of this product. Other than that it's excellent. Styling fine hair can be a pain. Normal products just weigh it down and it ends up looking rubbish. Other stuff is just hard and unnatural and inflexible. This boost powder couldn't be easier to use. Was your hair, dry it, shake a bit in, run it though with your fingers and comb and then apply the styling product of your choice. Done! On shorter hair you may not even need to use a secondary product. I haven't tried other versions of this kind of product before so there may be cheaper or better versions out there - but this works.

Llevo varios años usando los polvos porque a diferencia de las cremas o ceras, es de los pocos productos que con muy poca cantidad deja el peinado totalmente fijado sin sensación de apelmazamiento durante todo el día, teniendo la seguridad que una vez sales de casa ya no tienes que preocuparte por tu peinado. En concreto estos de American Crew son sin duda son los mejores del mercado, . Los he comparado con los de otras marcas continuamente y como estos ninguno, además siempre suelen estar al mejor precio en Amazon. Están especialmente indicados para cabellos normales o finos, ya que aportan volumen y fijación con un acabado muy natural y mate (sin brillos) y se pueden combinar con otros productos como ceras o lacas para dar un acabado final más brillante, con la ventaja de no tener exceso de grasa o sensación de pelo sucio. Recomendaciones de uso: *Con el pelo limpio primero dar forma al corte o peinado con secador y una vez conseguido la forma que queremos tener, aplicar el producto por todo cabello (cuando el bote esta lleno aconsejo tapar todos los boquetes menos uno ya que sale muchísima cantidad, conforme se va gastando el producto se puede ir dejando mas boquetes libres para regular mejor). Posteriormente dar un suave masaje con 3 dedos por toda la zona para que el producto se expanda y penetre. * El efecto que quedara es de pelo fijado mate pero sin apelmazar * Si se quiere un acabado con un poco de brillo, después de aplicarlo se puede usar alguna laca o cera con brillo en la parte mas superficial del pelo. Ventajas: * A diferencia de las ceras y cremas, no deja ningún tipo de grasa y el peinado se mantiene realmente fijado hasta el final del día. Especialmente en verano que con el sudor y el calor solemos acabar con las ceras en la frente y el corte destrozado. * No tiene efecto apelmazante, con sensación de tener el pelo suelto y con la seguridad de no despeinarse * Puede combinarse con otros productos para conseguir un efecto mas brillante * Realmente fácil de usar y aplicar, se tarda muy poco en peinarse Desventajas * La única pega que le encuentro, como comenté anteriormente es la dosificación. Cuando el producto esta nuevo sale demasiada cantidad pudiendo chafarnos el peinado, se soluciona fácilmente tapando todos los boquetes menos uno o dos y conforme se va gastando ir liberando mas boquetes para que salga mas cantidad, con poner el dedo encima es suficiente para taparlos (en una de las fotos se puede ver bien). Deberían de mejorar este detalle, pero para nada estropea la experiencia del producto que es de 10.

No me fijé que era polvo, sin embargo da buen volumen, aunque yo no lo uso solo, primero uso la cera para moldear y defino con el polvo.
