Have purchased these to try to get a handle on night sweats and all the other joys of menopause. Seem to be working already (but could be coincidence!) Am still warm at night but no sweats all. I have even been able to turn the fan off which was on all night previously. Not sure if the brain fog is better or not yet- haven’t been able to figure that out just yet! Definitely worth trying. Are a bit on the large side to swallow and you do have to take 3 at a time (2 green, 1 red). Will be no good for you if you have trouble swallowing a paracetamol tablet. I am getting better at it but it takes a bit of psychological warming up to take them. Might look for something that contains the same ingredients but in a gummie version but will definitely continue with these in the meantime. One downside - it makes your urine bright (almost fluorescent) so don’t be alarmed!

Came off HRT and thought I would give the supplement a try so far so good it seems to have stopped the hot sweats

I was on HRT prempak c because the menopause was effecting me so badly. The night sweats left me soaking as well as my bed and hair! During the day was no better I'd burn up then freeze and my hair would look like I'd just stepped out of the shower! My clothes were constantly soaking and if you did anything.....ie walk any distance SOAKED again! The hrt controlled that but the side effects were terrible, my breasts were sore but as the months went on i felt like I'd done 30 rounds with mike tyson, i couldn't even wear a bra i was screaming in agony and i had weight gain. So i decided i couldn't take the pain anymore and decided to try menopace max....and i was scared the sweats and soaking hair & clothes would be back within a day of stopping hrt. I even called vitabionics who make it to ask if it would be able to stop the sweats etc and they said max was their strongest product and should do the job. Of course it all depends on whether or not your body agrees with it.....but thankfully so far mines has been ok! I've been off hrt for almost a month no sweats, wet clothes or hair i don't even get flushes! I'm so so happy. I hope this helps anyone suffering the same problems xx

I just received this product and doesn't even deserve a single star !!! The package looked like it had been opened and so I checked the expiry date and it expired in November last year!!! Very very disappointed and should never happen.. It's unacceptable because this is taken into the body, who know how many people have been given expired medications and not checked .... No no no !!

My favorite Menopace product was not available so I used this for the interim. No issues, no drastic changes, just not the one I prefer. It was okay. Can’t really cite specifics, just knew the other mix of vitabiotics was preferable.

Worked for roughly 4 months then insomnia and hot flashes returned.

The hot flashes and night sweats are still as strong as ever🙁
