Packaging designed by a misanthrope
You will NEVER EVER remove the sticky glue residue from the blade - I tried heat, pure alcohol and even a razor blade. Nope, this horrid sticky residue is stickier than a stick. Whoever designed this obviously hates ALL of humanity and it was a toss up between this very specific and bespoke level niche bakery troll or all out genocide - I'm not sure which was the worst option they could have chosen.

Label placement and glue literally ruined it
This product comes with the label stuck with strong glue over the end of the blades. The plastic label itself was really hard to remove and then it took an age and a tonne of YouTube videos to figure out how to get the very tacky glue off both sides of the knife. Way too much trouble to need to go through! The product itself seems okay, it's not totally sturdy if thats something you need. But based on how awkward it was with the label I wouldnt recommend.

Whoever is responsible for packaging this item does not think things through...
This item is a culinary product. The metal part of this item is intended to be used with food.Who in their right mind places a sticker right on the metal part ?!? Why not simply on the plastic packaging which wraps it? or worst case scenario on the handle ???Even months later, after multiple washes in the dishwasher, leaving the spatula in a glass of vinegar over night, even a diluted alcohol solution, there is still lots of glue on it.I am throwing it away. The metal part of the spatula is very flimsy. The indent is also way too shallow for a spatula.I am very displeased with this product.

Stupid sticker impossible to remove
This came with the top being stuck down solid with a sticker that needed Geoff Capes to remove. It is now sat in vinegar hoping to soften residue glue blobs

Quality Utensil, Comical Packaging.
I was almost put off the product with the reviews but I had bought the larger offset spatula and wanted this smaller one to match.Having read the reviews I was prepared for a fight with the sticker. Started with the hairdryer to lightly heat up the glue before peeling. 99% came of without an issue and the few remnants came off just fine with nail varnish remover. Granted that did take about 15mins of my time in total but what else was I going to do in lockdown?Happy to now have this product. The handle has a great shape and feel and the overall product is worthy of better thought out packaging.

Poor packaging, good product
Absolutely nothing wrong with this spatula in terms of price and design HOWEVER for some reason someone thought it would be a good idea to sandwich half of the metal into the labelling/hanger which has loads of adhesive in, and the glue will not come off!!! So the spatula is now super sticky and basically unusable until I can get the residue off. Really annoying given it’s a kitchen item.

Perfect!
All is good and properly advertised.Loved my little spatula for desserts and pastry and serving.I spend 6 hours taking the glue away form the spatula and this has to be seen in the future packaging.

Use acetone or nail varnish remover to remove glue residue.
Use nail varnish remover or acetone to remove the sticky glue residue left by the label. Soak for a few seconds then rub of. No problem.
