This is a great CD of favorite hymns.
Wintley Phipps is an amazing singer. His voice is unlike any other I've ever heard. I love this collection of Classics hymns. I've gone to his church concerts here in Houston. I am forever amazed by Phipps's voice. There is no one like him. At first, I couldn't find his CD's. I was so glad to them on Amazon! The delivery was perfect. Thanks for offering this item on Amazon.

Heavenly music
Wintley Phipps rich baritone voice and excellent enunciation makes this album a joy to hear. The orchestration behind his singing adds to the enjoyment! It is very hard not to sing along with the songs on this one. It really makes me want to buy more of his music. God has richly blessed him with a great voice. I knew before hand how he would sound because his music is played on our local radio station.

Amazing Voice
Wintley Phipps - what an amazing voice with a range timbre like few others. His singing of my favorite classic hymns that I grew up on, often brings me to tears - tears of comfort and joy. Love it!
Wintley Phipps has one of the most awesome bass-baritone voices I've ever heard. He emotes feeling from deep inside and interprets the songs and the melodies beautifully. The collection is dear to me in that it is a collection of sacred music that I was raised listening to and singing. I love it!

Another Outstanding Entry
Wintley Phipps is such an outstanding vocalist. He recentlyperformed at my church and knocked the sox off everyone there.His voice is, as he says, a gift from God, and he uses it tothe fullest. This CD, as well as his previous 2 (Billy Grahamfavorites and No Need to Fear) are outstanding and highlyrecommended. They also make great gifts.
