Simple, effective, many uses
I use these in my PC water cooling systems, but more so in water containers around the house such as Brita filters, pet water fountains, etc. basically anywhere I want to ward off bacteria in water.Pros:- small size and pliable to fit different applications - longevity - these aren’t things you are going to have to replace unless you lose them, though they will need a gentle scrub now and again- effective - worked at preventing algae growth in a water reservoir for a pet water fountainCons:- well, it’s expensive, but it’s pure silver, so I don’t feel it’s really overpriced.I recommend this for both PC water cooling and various other household uses

Good Product, High Price but no Alternative
In all honest, how much of a review do you need lol. It does it’s job. Note: the coiling makes it a little difficult to put it in some reservoirs. (ex. My XSPC Photon 140). But all you have to do it basically thread/screw it through the top. And I know it is twisted to prevent from entering into the pump. So conclusion, good bye for an overpriced piece of metal that is hard to find anywhere else.

Not just for your watercooling rig - throw one or two of these in your water filter
I keep one in the top section and one in the bottom section of my brita ultramax and it prevents the growth of green algae. Every two months when I change the filter I give the whole thing a good wash with soap but these kill coils prevent microbial growth so it always looks clean. Before I started using these in my previous filter it would develop algae between washes.

I am a believer in these for Liquid cooling boxes.
These work so well for liquid cooling machines, I am a believer. I have a 2 loop system (CPU/GPU) in a rarely used machine and these coils seems to keep the algae build up at bay. For what you get and the cost of silver according to my brokerage account, these should be a bit cheaper, happy regardless.

Seems to do as advertised.
As a precaution I placed two inside my ek pump/res. Tangled them into the anti-swirl. No signs of any growth. Tubing and coolant are crystal clear after 1 year.

So Far So Good
Really not enough time to tell if it works. However, the product appears to be pure silver and the real deal. The coil fits in my tubing with no problems. Recommend highly to wash out your block, reservoir, pump, and tubing with distilled water before installing even if the products are new. Otherwise there can be a large built up on the coil. In doing some research I found a lot of forums talking about this.
