Essential Cuisine Vegetable Stock Mix 800 g

This is a great product - vegetable stock in powdered form so that you can use as much or as little at a time as is necessary. The flavour is very good and does not dominate. I use it for stocks in soups, casseroles and gravy; even for a savoury hot drink. I have great faith in the Essential company and their ethics. Thank you, Essential!

Have used this product for years but used to get it direct from essential cuisine. Now it is only available via very limited stockists and works out quite expensive but I like the product. Real catering quality.

Provides a good base for all kinds of dishes We have used Gousto a bit and their powdered veg stock is good, wanted something comparative, this more than fits the bill. Much better than stock cubes. Only lost a star as can be salty if a bit too much added.

I also found that I needed to make the solution stronger than the advice on the tub. that could be because I am over 70 and my sense of smell hads been deteriorating for several years. that concederation taken, its tasy and easy to use. I would probably use it again, but I have only tried it a few times as yet
