Silver-MSM Cream 60 ml

Last review of the products in this series. I have written a comprehensive and hopefully helpful summary of the whole series in my Silver-MSM soap review. All the products are great and I would recommend them to people even with sensitive skin and active lifestyles. They have delivered results for me, more so than other products that are more expensive. Now specifically for the cream, wish the pot was a little bigger than what it is. It is of a rich texture and anti-microbial! I think this is highly important for acne prone skin. It acts as a barrier cream and from the results it feels as if it really does protect the skin from the influences of every day life. A rich cream seems counter-productive for oily, acne-prone skin but it really isn't. None of the products I have included in my reviews have over dried my skin or caused more problems in turn. My skin feels protected and moisturized and also calmer than it has in a long time. There is far less itchiness (as I have more hormonal, itchy acne and stress related spots too) and so on. I would use the cream however in subjective balance and harmony with how your skin feels on a day to day basis, sometimes I use it once (before the work day) and sometimes twice. Gage what your skin needs. If I don't use it at night, I'd use rosehip oil to manage scars and redness.

Like all parents I've tried just about most things prescribed or not, to try and alleviate the debilitating affects eczema can cause when bad flare ups start. To hear that noise of the skin being scratched raw you will try anything to help. Well........... I stumbled across this cream, although expensive for the size all I can say is it really helps, with noticeable results on my wee boy (Glenn). No other cream has calmed and help heal the skin like this has. Unfortunately it doesn't last that long so I'm back on buying another because the £20 total inc p&P is well worth it. I understand all kids are different with eczema, and my son has light to moderate on bad days not half as bad as what it can be on some other kids, so might not be for you, but worth a try.and another couple of points i used it on other annoying little problem skin areas for myself, and also my wife for her itchy dry finger that comes and goes, and worked a treat.Small update 25/10/13: I've always had a small sore section just inside my left nostril, like a cut that would never heal properly after applying this 3 times it has finally gone away after many years of just putting up with it.

I have severe cracked bleeding skin on my hands caused by hand washing (contact dermatitis). Lots of creams cause me a great deal of pain but this doesn't. However it also doesn't seem to have made much improvement to my skin when I wake up in the morning, unlike other creams (very hard to find) have done. When applied on top of jojoba oil it works better for me, bettering the jojoba oil than if it were applied alone. The jojoba is also layered over N-apca. I think this is a nice honest effort of a healing cream and will probably be wonderful for most people with more usual problems.

Amazing stuffMy daughter had seen an homeopath and was prescribed Argentum tablets for swollen, red, itchy eyelids. Cause unknown.They worked but not completely so we bought this cream and she has been using it for a few days. The results are quite incredible. The itching stopped almost immediately and within a few days the swelling went down. Now after a week of a once daily application the redness has reduced and her eyelids are looking almost normal.I am now applying it to my Yorkshire Terrier's skin. She has been to the vet and had all sorts of treatment for itchy skin that is blackened (a sign of a fungal infection) the first application seemed to reduce the itching very quickly and she now lies on her back for me to apply it. I think it is cooling and she knows it is going to help. The black areas are looking better all ready.I think this a must have cream that should be in every household's first aid kit.

This pot of cream isn't half as nice as it used to be 10yrs ago. When I first used it, it made me cry with how nice it was, I could feel it all over and it was tingling, (in a nice way) now it just feels like ordinary moisturiser? I wondered if there wasn't as much silver in it anymore as I needed to use more make up today. My skin doesn't feel half as nice. My friend uses this and his is a lot nicer than mine?? Please can this be sorted out as I know it does work?? It's a shame really and abit of a put off as it's not cheap.

I took a chance on trying this as I have a very sensitive area of skin on my shin that becomes infected very easily. After trying a load of other creams this is the first cream that Works! Within a week my shin was healed. It did become infected again a few weeks ago but a dressing with this cream on and again within the week it was healed again. It's just a shame this cream only comes in a 50ml bottle and its expensive. But it works so if it means I don't end up with an infection that won't heal then it's worth it.

This is my third bottle. I initially bought this as the corner of my mouth were getting extremely dry and cracked but putting any other creams (even expensive ones) would just make my skin oily and prone to break outs without addressing this localised dryness. This was a miracle and in less than a week, my skin was back to normal. I now use this as an emergency cream and it makes a great replacement to Sudocrem which feels very heavy.
